Globalization is being defined by the different individuals in different manner and
there are some concepts which are complex in nature as well. Furthermore, this can be
identified that the effect of globalization cannot be seen in a direct manner; the globalization
has tried in contributing greatly which helps in enhancing the overall security of the world.
Concept of Globalization
According to Pieterse(2015), globalization is defined as the aspect which helped in
representing the overall global kind of integration of the international trade, information
technology and cultures. The different kinds of government policies are being designed in
such a manner which helps in designed in order to open the economies in a domestic manner
along with international manner as well which helps in boosting the overall development in
poorer countries and this helps in raising the standards of living of the individuals in the
organization as well. Pieterse(2014), has commented that globalization tend to be realm of
elite in which there are wealthy people from various backgrounds within the westernized
milieu.
Irrespective of the various kinds of violence which is being experienced and faced by
the entire world, this is evident in nature that there are some countries in the market which is
not dependent on the other economy of the country and this halted by the globalization in an
efficient manner. As a result, this has been seen for the different developed countries such as
USA to withstand the entire competition and they have many customers as well which have
tried in lowering the different forces and the impact is adverse in nature. Globalization has
tried to encourage different kinds of trade practices and this has increased the flow of capital
in different nations as well. Additionally, Hirst, Thompsonand Bromley(2015), has helped in
hypothesizing that the globalization has led to the creation of corporation along with
discussion space wherein there is increasing trend towards the international organization

There are different kinds of impacts or effects of the globalization on the people and
society in which this is inclusive of both the positive and negative aspects. Baylis, Smithand

which is inclusive of economic, political, social along with religious ones of the country.

production and there is utilization of the different natural resources. Furthermore, this has

been expansion in the prices of the oil and this has led to huge decline in the prices of the

negative impacts on the entire economy and the people in the entire society as well.
Furthermore, this has been analyzed and identified that there are different kinds of
competition in the market which has led to huge decline in the environmental resources and
this has led to environmental damage as well.
Deglobalization is the opportunity which is required to be undertaken and analyzed by
the different countries in order to improve the growth of the company with proper utilization
of the resources effectively. The government of the country needs to think and analyze the
various types of benefits which can be extracted from globalization as this will improve the
overall efficiency of the firms in a positive manner and this will create huge positive impact
on the countries as well.
On the other hand, this has been noticed that there are various positive impacts of
globalization on the economy and the individuals in which this has been seen and analyzed
that the globalization has led to social security and the legal effects are becoming positive in
nature as well. This has been noticed that the human rights have been improved as the result
of the globalization as the media coverage on the different violations has received huge
attention from the entire world and due to the impact of globalization, the leaders are being
able to provide different kinds of knowledge on the different kinds of inequalities and the
openness got promoted as well appropriately.
