Globalisation is determined as enhancing procedure of mutuality and interrelated among
various political, societal and economic elements of worldwide. There are many benefits of
globalization such as foreign direct investment, technological innovation, economies of scale.
The procedure of globalization gives golden possibility for humankind of poverty
world(Lambregts, Beerepoot and Kloosterman, eds., 2015). The economic globalization includes
product and services, economic resources of capital, technology and information. There are three
main fields such as economic, cultural and political globalization. This case study is based on
Pizza hut UK. Pizza Hut started in 1958 in Wichita USA. The world's first Pizza Hat restaurant
by borrowing $600 by Dan and Frank Camey. There are 10,000 of US working in over 260
restaurants up and down nation, serving 3 Million guests in month. International franchise and
restaurant chain. It is the subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc., one of the world's biggest restaurant
organizations. This report will analysis impact of globalization on business operation of Pizza
hut. It will devise aims and objective of project, produce project management plan that covers
cost, time, scope, communication, risk, quality and resources. It will produce work break down
structure and Gantt chart to give time frame and stages of completion. There are various positive
and negative impact of Pizza Hut food on health globally. Frozen pizzas and ones created in
large pizza chains have in previous criticized for their amount high salt, fat and calories that
negative impact on health. The positive effect on metabolism olive oil reduce bad cholesterol and
raise good one and prevent heart diseases.

risk, communication and resources. Therefore, project manager make sure that covering all
aspects in the project. These aspects are as following
Cost: It is very essential aspect to determine cost of project. It includes labour cost, production
cost, resource etc. Therefore, project manager make sure that deciding cost with allocated budget
and reducing wastage in the project.
Time: It is the most essential aspect that completing any of work or project on time duration.
Therefore, project manager make sure that availability of resources and project is completed on
fixed time duration(Zaitseva and et.al., 2016).
Communication: Without communication, there is no possibility to manage any project or
work. Therefore, project manager make sure that effective interaction between labour. This helps
in completion of project on time duration.
Risk: It is very important to determine and reduce risk that effects in project completion. So that,
project manager follow various ways to overcome all types of risk in project. It includes high
cost of labour, unavailability of resources, technology issues, lack of employees etc.
Quality: It is essential that use high quality resources for completion of project. So that, project

Gantt Chart is horizontal bar chart create as production control tool. It is made with
horizontal line stand for total time span task, break down into increase and vertical line stand for
project that create the project. From the above Gantt chart, start this project in 26-09-2018. There
are taken 3 days for collecting secondary data and also analysed these informations. In addition
to that there are taken 5 day for analysing data for completing project. Now on 5-12-2018(11
weeks) completed the project.

interpretivism research philosophies refers lead to statistical analysis that depends on
