increase the competition in the market at global level. Globalization creates the market and
wealth for the organization and promote the culture and social integration by minimizing the

What are the challenges faced by the organization in human resource department due to
the impact of globalization?

to identify the impact of globalization on the human resource department. The reason behind to
choosing the topic is to identify the emergence of global brand, increasing the labour migration
and trade across the boundaries of the nation. So by caring this research, researcher gain the
knowledge of globalization and the positive economic, culture and ethical impact of
globalization on the functional area of Sainsbury.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT PLAN
Project management plan persuade for preparing the plan to estimate the cost, resources
time and risk in conducting the research and provide baseline to the investors to gather the fund
and resources for the research.
Cost: Allocation of cost is the important part of research. Cost allocation help the
researcher in conducting the research within the proper framework. Before starting the research,
researcher have to prepare the budget and list of sources to get the fund for the research. In the
present research project the cost of the above research is £8000 (Broderick and Dawood, 2017).

Time: To conduct the research, researcher require the time for collecting the resources,
data, evaluating the result and present the result in a proper framework like graphs and figures,
so the researcher can get the required information from the research. In the present research
project the required time for the research is 169 days (Matthews and Smith, 2016). The
researcher completed its research in 169 days to prepare the research objective, data collection,
interpretation etc.
Risk: Risk is the important factor in preparing management plan. Researcher has to
identify the risk for the proper implementation and getting the result of the research. In the above
research project the researcher carry different aspect to reduces the risk of loss of data, injury of
researcher, accuracy of the data, willingness of the respondents etc. The risk associated with the
research may affect the outcomes of the research so it's needed to measure the all possible risk in
research to get the effective output (Pollack and Adler, 2015).
Resources: The resources of the research help in getting the effective and efficient
output. To conducting the research, efficient resources are needed by the researcher. In the
following research researcher need the various financial and human resources. Researcher need
the Financial resources to meet the demand of stationary, laptop, transportation cost etc. The
required resources help in getting the right information from the research.
Communication: While conducting the research communication is the important part to
transfer the various information to the stakeholders and discuss with them about the various
issues which directly or indirectly affect the research. On the above research researcher uses
various ways like email, social media, telephones, circulars and letters to transfer the information
to the stakeholders and management team (Alexiou, 2017).
Scope: The scope of the study is to find the research area to conduct the research. The
scope of the current research is both academic and corporate. In the above research researcher
uses the various books and journal, research paper, magazines and published data in the
newspapers to effectively conducting the research (Wael, 2017). It provides the researcher a
detailed information to carry its research successfully.

Quality : the quality of the research project and data defines the accuracy. In the above
research project researcher ensure the quality of the project. In collecting data researcher use
address all the adult manager as their respondents.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGIES
Research Methods:
The tools, instrument used to collect the data is called as research methods. The entire
research is based on the methods selected by the researcher. However, there are two
classification of research types which are Qualitative and Quantitative. The methods in which
there are scientific techniques are used for observations in order to collect non-statical data is
called as qualitative methods, such as words, feeling, views etc. On the other hand, the
systematic empirical investigation of observable phenomenon through mathematical, statistical
and computation techniques is called as quantitative methods, such as figures, statistical tools,
etc. This following research has undertaken the qualitative methods for carrying the as it is solve
the issues more deeply.
Research Approach:
This is another most important section of research as it is the plan and procedure that
consist of step of broad assumption to detailed methods of data collection, analysis and
interpretation. Research approaches are classified in mainly tow techniques which are inductive
and deductive (Flick, 2018). In order to narrows the scope of study, inductive approaches
basically used research question. Whereas, the approach that is started by basically with
hypothesis is called as deductive approaches. The following research has included inductive
research approaches as it is best and most suitable approach when research is qualitative.
Sampling:
6
Document Page
Sampling is the element which cannot be ignored by the research, it is because data
collection process cannot able to start if sample size is not selected. The techniques to divide the
huge population into small sample is called as sampling. However, there were mainly two types
Probabilistic and Non-Probabilistic sampling. The type of techniques in which respondents stand
equally in the selection of sample is known to be probabilistic sampling (Ndlovu-Gatsheni,
2017). On the flip side, the kind of technique in which participants do not stand equally during
the sample is known to be non-probabilistic sampling. In this following research, scholar has
undertaken non-probabilistic sampling and selected the sample via random sampling. Scholar has
selected 30 human resource managers.
Data Collection:
Once the sampling is selected, researcher have to start thinking for data collection. Data
collection is the process to collect the data from authentic sources regarding the subject matter.
However, there were two methods for data collection which are primary and secondary. The data
or information which is collected by the researcher own efforts is called as primary data such as
interview, observations, survey, force group etc. On the flip side, the data which is collected
from any other sources like books, internet articles, journals, government publications etc. is
called as secondary data (Kamil and et.al., 2016). This following research is context with
primary data as scholar has collected data through survey via questionnaire.
Data Analysis:
The process of cleaning, transforming and moulding of data to make them useful is called
as data analysis. Data analysis is just start after the data collection process end. Qualitative and
Quantitative are two main methods for data analysis. The data which is analysed by undertaking
the views and taking assumptions on the majority supporting is called as qualitative analysis. On
the flip side, the data which is analysed through the use of statistical techniques such as SPPS,
spread sheet is called as quantitative data analysis. The following research is context to
qualitative analysis as researcher as analysed the data through thematic analyses and presented
them by using charts, tables and graphs (Fox and Alldred, 2015).
