Research methodology can be defined as the activity that can involve for finding in
systematic manner. It is a type of framework within the case study that conducted the foundation
upon the research based. It must be described the method, design, approach in highlighting
practical approach in the project. This type of framework is associated with the particular set of
assumption. It should be the most appropriate concept to achieve specific goals and objectives. It
can be divided into different types.
Research philosophy
Research philosophy is a belief about the best way to gather data and understand the
phenomenon should be used or analysed. It is important in the research methodology to develop
new ideas, approaches and thoughts to determine the trends of project. It useful for specifying
the research philosophy of case study (Hao, Farooq and Sun, 2018). Research philosophy can be
divided into four different ways such as: positivism, interpretivism, realism and pragmatism etc.
Researcher will use the interpretivism that help to interpret the element of case study.
Thus, this philosophy is integrated with human interest into the research study. This will help for
researcher to assume in reality through social constructions. It supports the researcher to analyse
and evaluate the information related the research project.
Research Method
Research methodology is a type of process to perform specific role for analysing the data
through specific method. It is mainly depending on the type of research and its purpose in case
study. Research method can be divided into two different ways such as applied and fundamental
research.

Research Design
The research design is defined the structure of scientific work that gives the appropriate
direction in systematic ways. It is a sequential approach that researcher use to conduct the
research study and synchronised the overall components that applicable in research project.
Research design can be divided into two different ways such as conclusive and exploratory etc.
Researcher will use the exploratory design to generate insight about the particular
situation of case study. This type of design may explore the research question through employees

type of arguments. It can be divided into three different ways such as Abductive, Deductive and
Inductive research.
Scholar will use the inductive approach that start to collect and gather information
through observation (Olson and et.al., 2018). It involves to search the pattern and explanation of
case study. Researcher will ready to free in altering the direction of study. In this way, it will
improve the learning experience of researcher during research analysis.
Research type
Research type is a method that can useful for research study to implement the concept in
the further enhancement. It can be divided into three different ways such as qualitative and
quantitative research type.
Qualitative research is a mainly focused on observation to gather non-numerical data
which is based on the exploratory research that can use to gain more understanding of underlying
motivations, reasons and opinions. Qualitative data collection method can use different
techniques such as interviews, observations etc.
Quantitative research is basically used for quantify the problem and way of generating
the numerical data. This research type of measurable information to formulate patterns and facts
in research.
Researcher will use the qualitative research because it is based on the non-numeric
information that contain through notes, videos, transcripts and images etc. researcher will

involve to reformulation of different stories that represented by the respondents. This type of
research is mainly focused on the specific elements, theories to determine the requirement of
resources in case study.
Data collection method
Data collection is a method of gathering the information form the validate source to
determine the solution of particular problem that arise during research. Data collection method
can be divided into different ways such as primary data collection and secondary data collection.
Researcher will use the primary data collection that closely associated with the emotions,
colour and sound etc. researcher will improve the greater depth of understanding level towards
case study. It includes the questionnaires to determine the view point of people on research
project.
Sampling
Sampling is a specific principle that can use to select the respondent of population that
considered in case study. With large number population. Researcher have no choice but choose
the specific number of members in research project (Kemp, 2018).
Researcher will use the simple random sampling for selecting the members among the
population for different range of purpose. It useful for researcher to easily understand the theory
but it also difficult to perform action. Researcher will choose 30 respondents in research to
perform different task.
Ethical consideration
Ethical consideration is important of research to maintain and manage the ethical aspects
in research project. There are some common principles considered to maintain the dignity of
members.
Researcher must be needed to give priority of other members.
Researcher will respect the dignity of participants in research project
It should be maintained the confidentiality of information related the research.
Individual participants will perform the role to reduce the conflict during the data
collection.
