The research Report was all about globalization. Aim of investigation was to identify
laws governs the migrants and in which manner they are regulated. Objective of the study was to
analyze the role of legislation in expansion of business at international level. It also intends to
develop the understanding about the employment conditions of migrants. The main reason for
selecting the specific topic for investigation was to gain knowledge about policies for
employment and business for migrants in the SME’s. Report also consist of Literature review
section which consists of the views of different authors about the topic. Qualitative research
method has been used by researcher for conducting the investigation on specific subject. It ha
been found from the study that in context of UK, the small medium enterprise in nation is highly
regulated by the legislation specially in terms of employment. The other fact which has been
discovered is that there are many advantages of opening the small medium organization in UK,
one of the benefit which has been analyzed is that entrepreneurs receive full support from
mentoring program. The other thing which has been found is that the brexit has significant effect
