METHODOLOGY
Data Collection method
Data collection is a process of collecting information from different sources in order to
identify research problem answers. There are mainly two types of data collection methods which
are primary data collection method and secondary data collection method (De Mooij, 2018).
Secondary data is the kind of data that is collected from newspapers, magazines etc. Primary data
is of two types i.e. qualitative and quantitative data collection method. Quantitative data is based
on numericals whereas qualitative data collection does not involve numbers. There are various
kinds of sub data collection methods through with qualitative and quantitative data collection is
done like survey etc. For this Research Primary qualitative data analysis will be done with the
help of a survey. This survey will be conducted by distributing a questionnaire to respondents.
Data Analysis
Data analysis can be defined as a process through which data is transformed, inspected,
cleaned and analysed in order to discover useful information, reach to a conclusion as well as for
decision making. It is mainly used to analyse all the primary data that has been collected from
data collection method. It is of two types i.e. qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
Quantitative data analysis is done when there is a need to extract meaningful information from
raw numerical data. Qualitative data analysis is done to extract or analyse data for a meaningful
information (Madsen and Wu, 2016). For this Project Qualitative data analysis will be done and
in qualitative analysis framework thematic analysis will be done.
Sampling
Sampling can be explained as a process through which few members from a population
are selected to be included within the study. It is done because it is quite difficult to address or
involve large population within the study. Sampling makes it easy for the researcher to achieve
accurate results within the specified time period. Sampling is of two types which are probability

sampling and non probability sampling. In probability sampling each and every member of the
selected population has non-zero chances in participating in the research study (Alon and et.al.,
2016). Where as in non probability sampling all the members of the sample does not participate
within the study. Both the sampling are further divided into sub categories. For this research
probability simple random sampling will be done.
Research design
Research design is a set of methods that are used to collect and analyse the data. This
research design is mostly chosen based on the type of research i.e. qualitative and quantitative.
There are two types of research designs i.e. exploratory and conclusive research design.
Exploratory research design is chosen when data source is ill-defined and data collection form is
open ended. It is mostly used with qualitative research. Whereas conclusive research design is
chosen when data source is well defined and data collection form is well structured (Lewis,
2015). It is mostly used with quantitative research. For this research exploratory research design
will be used.
