Managing a successful business is an effective and significant business project is a very
complex and significant task that has to be managed and effectively looked after in a very
significant manner. This project will see through the effective management of the business
operations and action plans on the basis of globalization that will help the firm to carry out the

report, Marks and Spencer is been chosen. It is a UK based retail organization.
The report will cover the Project management plan including the aims and objectives of
the business research project. Besides this, the project implementation and log book is been
presented including various data collection methods and operations. Besides this, the research
analysis and performance review plan is been given involving the various form of data
operations and activities that will help the firm to carry out the business operations and identify
