INTRODUCTION
Globalization can be defined as the process which involves the interaction and integration
among the people, companies and government worldwide in order to develop the international
influence. Developing the business or starting up a new venture to expand the operations on an
international scale allows the companies to operate in various different types of countries. This
research will help in developing a complete understanding about the factors which need to be
considered during the introduction of the new product. Also, it will help in understanding the
complete budget which is required in carrying out the research and analysing the data from the
perspective of many employees.

AIMS:
To access the impact of the Globalization during the development of the new product
within international market of UK: A study on Nike Plc.

Research Methodology can be referred as a systematic plan for conducting the research
and it helps in collecting and analysing the data and information via different techniques. In this
research there are various different types of techniques are used which help in collecting the data
and information. Research design is one of the most popular design and it is also most flexible
and adaptable. There are two types of Research Designs are available that is Exploratory and
conclusive Research. Also, in this research the researcher has used the exploratory research
design which allows the analyst to explore the research questions which helps in offering a final
or conclusive solution to the problem (Moreno‐Moya and Munuera‐Aleman, 2016). This design
type is mainly conducted to determine the nature of the problem. In order to carry out the
Research methodology, there are various different types of research approaches are offered to
the researcher in order to record the data effectively. In this research, there are basically three
type of approaches are generally preferred that is Deductive reasoning approach, inductive
approach, abductive approach. Here the researcher has adopted the inductive research approach
which allow them to analyst to adopt the pattern which involves the search for the pattern which
allows the detail observations.
In addition, Research Philosophy is a vast topic which deals with the source, nature and
development of the knowledge. Also, the research philosophy is further categorised into various
parts that is Pragmatism, Positivism, Realism and Interpretivism which to analyse and collect
the data. In this research, Interpretivism allows the collection of in depth samples and it is
mainly based on the investigation and qualitative data interpretation method. Moreover, in order

taken, 20 respondents to carry out the research by developing a research questions in order to
identify the views and perceptions of the the employees (Johnson, 201Johnson, 2015). The
process of sampling helps in defining the targetted population and then choosing a sampling
frame and then determining the sampling head along with the size of the sampling which will be
involved in responding about such question related to the impact of the Globalization while
launching a new product in a international market. The sampling can be categorised into two
types that is probabilistic sampling and Non Probabilistic sampling. So here, a simple random
sampling technique is used which helps the researcher in collecting the data from the random
employees of the different companies in order to identify the impact of Globalisation while
developing a new product within the organization.
In addition data can be collected by various means but Ethical implication plays the
important role in maintaining the ethics of the community. As the ethical considerations can be
specified as one of the most important part of the research (Gog, 2015). As unethical practices

From the above collected information, it can be interpreted that introduction and growth
of the new product is directly proportional to its marketing strategies which promotes the sales of
the new product within the international market. From the above collected data, it can be
analysed that out of total 20 respondents, 12 number of people have strongly agreed on the
statement while 6 among total have also responded positively to the the interview question. On
the other hand, out of total 20, only 2 people disagreed and negatively responded to the question.
Also, there was one employee among total 20 who neither answered yes and nor answered No as
the respondent was little confused about the question.
