globalisation which helps in success and growth of business in competitive market. This
globalisation has provided various impacts to business in terms of competitive advantages, cost
competitive and economies of scale. The organisation chosen for report is Sainsbury's which was
founded in 1869 at London, United Kingdom. It is considered as third largest chain of
supermarket which possesses 16.9% share market. This is retail industry founded by John James
Sainsbury. It deals in various products and services such as clothing, accessories, furniture,
banking facilities, credit card and others. The main of report is to investigate impact of
globalisation on success of business in effective and efficient manner. The aim and objectives
has been set and accordingly work has been carried by researcher. For completion of work in

inductive approach is used here because it help the investigator to drive valid conclusion.
Research Philosophy
It is the phenomenon through which the data is collected, analysed and used. There are
two types of philosophies available to conduct a research such as positivism and interpretivist. In
this research interpretivist is used because it gives proper outcome which have value for the
research.

Primary Data Collection- This is the method where data and information are collected
for the first time (Moran, 2012). The data and information are collected through survey, face to
face interview, online and others. This research is reliable in nature as the data is mainly
collected through the interview from scholars, questionnaire etc. Though this research is time

operations and activities in an effective and efficient manner. Therefore, apart from these
