effective study over a chosen area of work. From the over all analysis of the project my personal
skills and competencies are enhances that are effective for me in development of my moral in
execution of research work in effective manner. The detailed investigation on a chosen area of
issue assist me towards suitable selection of research methodologies which supports the work in
effective manner. With the help of current study my ability in using suitable methodology for a
research work is enhanced. As per my observation I have been consider that, in this researcher
select qualitative tool as it is the most suitable tool for accumulation of descriptive information. I
have also being recognised that in this descriptive research design is applied by the researcher as
per my consideration I have been consider that this is most effective and suitable methodology
for qualitative research and assist the researcher in accumulation of detailed information to
drawing valid and reliable outcome. Along with this my data collection ability is also enhanced
with the execution of investigation work and in this chosen area of work both primary as well as
secondary sources are applied by the researcher as these two are effective in accumulation of
valid information. As per my consideration I have been recognised that primary tool is effective
in conducting survey through which data has been gathered through developing questionnaire
and this is suitable in accumulation of fact full and actual information. On the contrary

secondary tools are also been taken into proper consideration by the researcher, as I have been
recognise that it is effective in execution of the section of literature review in effective manner
through collection of information from books, journals, published research articles etc. The
number of sample is 10 which can easily accessed for the purpose of collecting data. As

In this present investigation work questionnaire is applied to gather primary information
as it is most effective and suitable tool for gathering primary information in a wide range. There
