market share, job mobility, access to advanced technology, gaining higher customer base, higher

present research study will highlight on the influence of globalization and advancement of
technology in the manufacturing industry. This study will help in effectively evaluating various
factors which in turn affects the growth of the company due to globalization. The present

leads to organization success and productivity. This study will also critically examine the

and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. This company mainly deals in logistics,
plantation, industrial, healthcare, retail segment, insurance and motors. Sime Darby mainly
serves Asia Pacific company and has employees of over 100000.

This is the current issue because every country has different macroeconomic factors which in
turn influence the way business works. Globalization also leads to currency fluctuation, price
instability, loss of cultural identity, etc. which in turn helps researcher in gaining wider

by the researcher was associated with the validity problems and systematic errors. The
