The process off globalization refers to the various processes that help in the development
of the interpersonal interaction as well as the integration among the people, the countries as well
as the plethora of the governmental bodies that are active and present all over the world. The
globalization processes further refer to the capitalist expansions that ensure the integration of the
multitude of economies active all over the world into an economy market that is global and
unregulated (Çevik 2018). The improvement of the communication technologies and the
transport methods have led to the growth of the concept of globalization at an enormous scale.
The concept of globalization refers to the processes that help in the integration and the
establishment of the various relationships across the territorial boundaries of the nations. The
globalization that is to be maintained within the international markets tend to take into account

various third-world countries tend to lack on the proper infrastructure that is required for the

Disadvantages of globalization
The activity of globalization has major disadvantages as well. The major disadvantage of
globalization refers to the degradation of the environmental factors that are maintained within the
given organization. The implementation of the globalization within the various economies within
the world might lead to the adaptation of the unfair means by the companies that belong to the

reduction in the growth rate of the employment within the country. This is mainly observed to
occur in the recent times due to the increase in the use of technology within the given
