RESEARCH APPROACH AND METHODOLOGY
This research evaluates the effects of globalization on business, how business organizations get profit from
globalization activities. In this research, the philosophy used is positivism. This philosophy is an alternative
way of finding the assumptions as it provides the same assumption but the description is different from other
philosophies. Deductive approach is used for this research as it is best suitable for understanding and gives a
much better view.
RESEARCH PHILOSOPHY
Positivism philosophy helps to understand the effect of the globalization on the business venture. For
understanding the cultural thoughts of virgin group positivism philosophy is the best option. The group of
individuals is being questioned to gain their views and understand the globalization effect on the virgin
group.
RESEARCH APPROACH
For finding the research outcomes deductive approach is used in this research as it provides result in the best
possible way. This approach adds benefits to gain knowledge of the stage of expansion and process of the
internationalization of the business activity all around the world.
RESEARCH METHOD
To understand the findings of the research more effectively the researcher uses a mixed method. Mixed
method is the combinations of quantitative and qualitative and multi-method and mono-method. Mixed
method is very helpful to gain accurate and effective data result. On the other hand, the literature reviews
helped to obtain the knowledge of research by going through reading documents, news articles and other
materials. It is a good approach to gain knowledge about the impact of globalization on business activity.
RESEARCH STRATEGY
For collecting and managing data of the research investigating the activities involved called research
strategies. With respect to the deductive approach, the survey method is used for the research. To draws the
deductive approach, the quantitative methodology is used. In this methodology, the data is obtained through
the creating of a questionnaire.
METHOD OF DATA COLLECTION
The data is collected through mono-method and multi-method which is termed as a mixed method. In this
method, people being questioned and interviewed by using a set of questionnaire which is already prepared
for this method with respect to research topic for gaining the thoughts and views of the people along with the
data obtained by news articles, blogs etc.
ANALYSIS OF DATA
A cross-sectional method is a good way to use for this research to get the wanted result. The data is being
analyzed for the data which is obtained through books, journals, news articles and also from the views and

thoughts of the people who were being questioned.
