The development of a nation or a country is linked with the proper functioning of the

completion of different stages of the project. This report also highlights the evaluation of
the different research methods that are applied during the conduction of the research

Introduction
In this part, methods of collecting quantitative and qualitative data are analysed and
most appropriate method that can be used for the research is identified. Disadvantages
and advantages of interviewing and questionnaire are also discussed here.
Methods of collecting qualitative data
There are different methods for collecting qualitative data such as interviewing,
interactive methods and ethnographic approach.
Interviewing method
An interview is simply a conversation in which the respondents answer the questions.
Interview method refers to a one-on-one conversation between interviewer and
interviewee.
Interactive methods
In the interactive method, investigation is conducted through paediatric research and in
the assessment session, the responses rate is increased as well as missing data rate is
reduced (Bryman, 2017).
In this research project, interviewing method has been selected to collect qualitative
data from the respondents. Two managers from finance and operational department of
Globe International Ltd have been selected to take interview regarding effects on the
company on economic, social and environmental condition of Romania.

As per finance manager, the revenue of the company is effective to contribute to the
economy of Romania. It stimulates economic growth by providing employment
opportunities and provides taxes to the government. The company buys a large
number of shares that increase country productivity and obtain increment in GDP.
Enhancement in employment rate increases social status.
According to operational manager, employability of the company reduces
unemployment rate and increase economy of Romania. Environment friendly products
that are offered by the organization are effective for reducing pollution in Romania.
2. What risks are faced by the Romania due to the operations of the company?
It has identified from the response of finance manager that demand of the people of
ROMANIA has been raising and lack of resources of Globe International Ltd. has
created risks for the country. Importing of goods from other countries has affected the
economy of this country.

As per finance manager, the revenue of the company is effective to contribute to the
economy of Romania. It stimulates economic growth by providing employment
opportunities and provides taxes to the government. The company buys a large
number of shares that increase country productivity and obtain increment in GDP.
Enhancement in employment rate increases social status.
According to operational manager, employability of the company reduces
unemployment rate and increase economy of Romania. Environment friendly products
that are offered by the organization are effective for reducing pollution in Romania.
2. What risks are faced by the Romania due to the operations of the company?
It has identified from the response of finance manager that demand of the people of
ROMANIA has been raising and lack of resources of Globe International Ltd. has
created risks for the country. Importing of goods from other countries has affected the
economy of this country.
