Introduction
The study will give a brief on developing an impactful application that will give out an idea on
the working of Globex. The report will give a brief on project scope as well as regarding the type
of crops that farmers can grow even in the hard conditions of their geographical area. The
application is going to be made by the Virtucon that can cater to the requirements of farmers in
high number.
Project descriptions
The organization Globex is a well-known and one of the most popular organizations that are
aiming to work towards helping out the farmers so that they can enhance their productivity by
reducing the overall cost. The two major products are going to be introduced by the company
that includes the precision equipment and the farm equipment. The project is also going to
revolve around the development and on the innovative of inclusive application to manage and
complete their program from Globex. The application will give proper detail regarding the
weather condition, geographical condition as well as on the specification to increase the growth
of crops as per the demands in the market. For the organization Virtucon, has been given the
responsibility to complete the application development within the time of 6months (Morgeson et
al. 2019).
Task 1
Developing the Measurable Organizational Value (MOV)
The measure organization value (MOV) is defined to be as a ‘measure of overall goal and
success'. The development of IT projects can be reduced by introducing an optimum MOV that
will help to implement better progress during the changes in requirements, scope, resources, and
schedules. The organization's strategies, missions, values can be dried with the MOV. However,
the main objective of the Globax that is approached with the Virtucon consultancy is to improve
and to dive out a batter manual system to farmers. Thus, MOV will help out to judge out whether
the project can be used or not (Melchers, 2018).
4 Desired areas of impact
The online program system will help out the frames to book out their services that will create and
influence their business to show the impact on the following things:
 Strategic: The organization Globex saw that there is a need to approach and to give an
online system to the farmers, so they approach with the plan of Virtucon. The plan is also
to improve awareness and to attract customers from different areas.
 Financial: The system will help the organization to improve their invoices by including
all the marinating and service fee payments while incurred during their farming

operations. The expense and accuracy records will be maintained through the online
system and will also reduce the additional costs that are required to maintain.
 Operational: The project is aiming to efficiently improve the size that is used by farmers
to maintain their records on activities that will further help to make their process more
convenient for farm managers as well as for the users (Krippendorff, 2018).
 Customer: The program will also bring benefit to the customers as they will be able to
order their services online thus it will make it more convent form them and will also help
in increasing the level of satisfaction.
 Social: The users can have security data and the information regarding their farming
activities that will help them to promote it in the economic features.
The desired value of the project
The project will help in identifying the organizational value in a faster way. The customers can
make use of their online system by accessing the delays of farmers services as well as the
farmers can make use of it by accessing their crop growths, weather conditions in their
geographical area. The online system will help to identify the management activities as well as
the breeding programs to give the frames a record of their history to take further actions in the
future.
Appropriate Metric
The organization Globex has found a possible impact on the system, which will help the farmers
in a great way to evaluate their crops as well as to increase their production. However, the
delivery of this project should be made on time and should be made as inexpensive as possible.
Timeframe for achieving the MOV
The time that could be taken to develop this project is estimated to be in duration about 60 days
to complete as well as to implement it.

develop an online application for the farmers so that it can help them to improve their efficiency
as well as accuracy to identify the growth of their crops and thus to evaluate more production.
The project is expected to be completed in the time frame of 80 days in a specific budget. The
major requirement to develop the application is to have a skilled technical team, management
team, friendly workplace, and budget.
Scope statement: To develop an online app that can support the farmers to know the growth of
their crops, and how they can make plans to improve their products and how they can keep their
record through the application.
Resource list
People: Below is listed team that is required for the completion of the project.
• Manager: To plan out and to make sure the project gets to finish with the time. The
managers will also play the role to decide project plans, information sheet, tools and
budgets that are needed to apply.
• UI developer: The UI developers can play a major role in the preparation of the design
draft by keeping the requirements of farmers in mind.
• Tester: The project will meet the customer's requirements by testing the features of the
proposed application.
• Database Administrator: The person will be responsible for managing the database of the
application.
