Introduction
The following assignment is a project charter document developed for integrating the analysis of
the mobile application and website development for I-Crop project. The purpose of the charter is
to form an initial requirement document for the stakeholders so that they can understand the
project more easily.
Purpose
The purpose of the report is to develop a project charter that can be used as an initial document
containing all required documents for getting an overview of the mobile application and website
development for I-Crop project.
The objectives of the report are,
 To develop an initial document comprising of information about the project schedule and
budgetary information
 To enhance the management of the successful development by passing on the information
to its stakeholders

The website and mobile application would be effectively helpful in managing the project
objectives. The orders and services would be increased and managed easily with the help of the
improved communication plan development.

Project Background
The Globex has decided to implement a new mobile application and website development and
named it ‘I-Crop Project’. It would help them in managing the customers and getting active
feedbacks from their customer.
Part one: MOV – Measurable Organizational Value
Social: The social media platform would be responsible for the development of the successful
management of the activities and aligning the formation of the increased management
operations. The utilization of the improved functional development would be helpful for aligning
the completion of the activities.
Operational: The operational development would be implied for easing the management of the
successful development of activities. It is largely responsible for the continuation of the activities
and forming management of the functional development.
Customer: The customer focus on the website development for I-Crop project would be
effectively aligned with the independent management of the activities. The customer
involvement would be effectively deployed for listing the evaluation of the functions for taking
care of actions.
Financial: The financial operations of the I-Crop project would be held responsible for the
completion of the activities and aligning development model.

Part Two: Project Scope
In scope- The in scope items of the project of website and mobile application for I-Crop include

Out of scope- the out of scope items of the project include the transportation requirements,
change management, and communication plan.

Design flaws: It is resulted due to the flaws in the design of the website and mobile application
that needed to be corrected by the designer
