Introduction
The report below describes the case study of Globex Corporation who is in charge to
make the mobile based farming application. This report states measurable organization value for
the application that is to be built while developing the system. This project also states the project
scope that will be used for developing the application software. There is also a WBS that states
the work breakdown structure of developing the project and risk framework is also identified that
might occur while project development. This report also contains a project evaluation and project
closure phase related with the project.
Project Description
The Globex Corporation is a company that is famous for its excellence and provides help
to the farmers to increase their production and their working efficiency. The application that is
being developed in this project will include technologies that will provide commercial solutions
to all farmers using the application. This project mainly aims to provide an application so that
they can make easy decisions and can handle the problem related to growing of crops.
Part One: MOV (Measurable Organizational Value)

Operational: The application of Globex built will have accuracy related to the
functionality of the application and also includes high operational value.
Strategy: The strategy of the mobile based application is to manage all the farmers who
are associated with the system. The application will also help to monitor the farmers.

The assumptions that are made to develop the mobile farming application are:
The transportation are to be carried out by the Virtucon and should be done within the
time frame.
Training the farmers are to be done by the staffs of Globex. Virtucon does not provide
farmer training.
The system will be built within 6 months after the prototype being designed.

Part Five: Quality Management Plan
1. Philosophy of team:
Virtucon associated with Globex Corporation helps the organization to build up the
mobile based application so that they can help the farmers with growing the crops more
efficiently. The main philosophy of the members in the team is to develop the application
satisfying all the requirements in the project.

2. Ensuring Quality:
2.1 Verification Activities:
For verification of the mobile based application system, the team of development should
ensure that the system that is developed satisfies all the requirements for the project for
developing the application software. The testing phase should also be verified in the verification
phase.
2.2 Validation Activities:
To validate the activities that are associated with project development, the employees
who has the responsibility to develop the system should ensure that the requirements of the
project are met and Globex Corporation is able to manage the system and the farmers efficiently.
The schedule and the budget of the project are also to be maintained.
