INTRODUCTION
Project management is the process of managing a set of activities such as planning,
executing, controlling and directing which are used in completion of a project. This provides a

managed by a highly productive and efficient members who devote themselves in their job. In
this report, a case study on Globex Corporation and Virtucon is studied in order to understand
the concept of Project management. Main objective of this assignment is to conduct a project
management by considering given case scenario. A team along with its members is developed to
describe their key individual roles and responsibilities. A learning cycle along with
communication plan is also prepared in order to develop a reflective experience (Besner and
Hobbs, 2013).

patience, calmness and team builder which I experienced that is lacking somewhere due to lack
of competence and time. My experience compared to my understanding has deviations some
where and these variations are the result of real world problems which includes conflicts and
surrounding situations.
As per my perspective, techniques and skills which are required by an Information
Communications technology manager are leadership, motivation, organisation, prioritisation and
adaptability as these skills can ensure efficient working of IT department of an organisation. In
this case scenario, Globex Corporation is planning to launch a new website and application
named as i-Crop in which there is a wide scope of Information technology. While conducting
this project, I experienced that due to low knowledge of IT, organisation has to face various
issues and by this statement it can be said that Globex has done a right thing by hiring Virtucon
to design and develop their website and application. By successfully achieving goals of this
project, I can say that problem solving and prioritisation are the most aspects of leadership.
CONCLUSION
From the above assignment, it can be concluded that Globex Corporation is introducing a
website and application named as i-Crop on which a project is managed by a project
management team. The main aim of this report of conducting a Project Management is
successfully achieved by developing a proper communication plan along with team carter
