As a project manager, I have gained proper skills as well as knowledge in

the role that is provided to me is new, I work properly within the project for

Reflection – Individual Work
I have analyzed after undertaking this project that leaders generally requires proper
skills and knowledge in order to make the entire project successful. I believe that a leader
must have proper capability of managing as well as leading the project effectively by giving
proper direction to the project team members of the organization so that they can perform
their responsibilities as well as job successfully. However from this project I have analyzed
that a single style of leadership never makes project successful as a result a leader needs to
change his style of leadership from time to time so that as per the situation they can work
effectively in completing the work of the project. Additionally I have learnt how to get ideas
from the team members by proper communication.
In the profession of ICT as a project manager I analyzed that proper knowledge as
well as skills is needed for managing the entire project effectively. Appropriate knowledge in
the methodologies of project management is generally needed so that proper project
methodology as per the project type can be used. Additionally, the ICT project manager
must have proper skills in context to project negotiations so that it can be properly applied
within the project. Moreover, excellent in management as well as organizing project is
indispensable for giving proper work opportunity to the project team members.
