GM motors is currently the largest vehicle manufacturer in the world. The
company is trying to always increase its potential towards providing
customers with vehicles that are not being manufactured by any other vehicle
manufacturer. The framework provided pointed out that the company General
Motors focuses on quality more than any other aspects that need to be
essentially developed. Hence, it can be seen that the company compromises
on the number of brands to concentrate solely on providing quality that no
other current automobile manufacturer in the world is providing. The
company hence allocates most of it essential resources towards making their
manufactured vehicles reduce crashes, emissions, congestions and focus on
designs that are sustainable and future oriented (About GM | General Motors,
2019). Hence, this mission statement was developed in order to keep in focus
the company’s philosophy of achieving excellence in vehicle design. Also,
the vision was developed keeping in mind the large number of customers that
the organization caters to. The global footprint of the organization also need
to be increased, given the fact that it is the largest vehicle manufacturer.
Considering, the above factors that were discussed it is imperative that the
company develops policies for optimizing its operational and production
processes. The company is always looking forward towards improving their
production and lead the world in quality vehicle production. This will
increase the company’s sustainable future possibilities. It can be seen upon
