The entire report is about the collaboration of Grow management Consultants and King Edward
VII College. The GMC is a leading company which, generally provide different services and

after the collaboration of both of the companies. The report will be discussed about the
collaboration and consultation model. Moreover, it will be analyzed about the communication
solution management, fostering a positive culture and different activities of the two companies.
How both of these companies will manage their Feedback and Indicator processes be discussed
in the report. The major purpose of this report is to generate effective strategy through which the
collaboration of both of the companies lead to establishing a significant learning organization
through its quantifiable performance standards (Serrat, 2017)
Background
The Grow Management Consultants is the leading company which provides different services
like Coaching, Mentoring training, Consultation Management, Development of different cutting
tools, expert advice and resources. Management program evaluation, Sharing best and next
practices will be done with the partnership. It will lead the organizations through different
processes of developing a leadership culture. This particular company has a CEO, newly
appointed General Manager, five Principle Consultants, an Operation Manager, a small HR team
and twelve Trainers. According to the recent team management workshop, it has been analyzed
that for establishing as a registered training organization, it is necessary to work together with an
RTO company. RTO can offer mostly management and business courses for trainers of GMC.
they can attend such courses and provide benefits towards the business connections of Grow
Management Consultants. After a few discussions, GMC chooses King Edward VII College as
its partner (Case study).
Expected Outcomes
If the collaboration has been conducted then there must have to be some outcomes through

manage the major motives and duties of the organization. On the other hand, the King Edward
VII College has the desire of establishing themselves as the well-registered training organization
by providing and developing well-trained employees form their institution to their partner
Growth Management Consultants company (Ensign and Robinson, 2019). If both of these
companies can achieve their individual goals, then the bond or collaboration between both of
these companies will be developed strongly.

communicating in a consistent, recognizable manner. It will help in employment brand set up

after the discussion between the two companies and reviewing the policies of both companies in
recruitment, induction, selection, policy, and procedure of suitability, performance appraisal.
With the program, the company would be able to grow well economically with its enhanced
performance rate. Its social presence will be extended with its collaboration with the educations

Overview The partnership has been planned and implemented between Grow Management Consultant
and King Edward VII College. These two organizations will work together to develop the
leadership programs and the personal growths. Students and Employees of both
organizations are expected to be benefitted by the partnership. Three different survey
reports states an outline of how the implementation is impacting the organizations. In this
report, the analysis of the survey results is done to provide a basic idea of the partnership
implementation impacts.
College stuff survey results The college stuff survey result is not very
satisfactory in this case. There were several
different questions which was asked to the staffs to
identify if they are liking the new system or not.
Most of the stuffs replied as they are not very
comfortable in this new system. It may caused by
