Through effective communication employees and
organisation interact with each other and meet with

London, UK and organise European holidays.
The Go Travel is conducting business in
London and organise European holidays. They were
opening two offices in Europe but Go Travel has
received many problems from the customer. For this
company collect information and identify some
challenges and barriers of effective communication
such as:
Not understanding audience and their
communication needs: To assure about the
messages that get from the customer that will require
to put them in range of matters to the formulation.
To do good & well require to see different things
from the organisational perspective.

have not proper guidance in red of their work so they

on organisational policies and approaches that operate

unstructured network system that create problem in
