difference is the main obstacle faced by organisation as in one country there is day whereas in
another its night, which also have a major issue in communication. This affects the trust and faith
of staff within an organisation (Faughn and et.al., 2015). Some of these barriers of effective
communication are as follows:-
Time difference:- The main issue that Go Travel faces is the difference of time when
one country it's day whereas in another its night. This results in distraction of
communication and avoidance effective conversation. This also results in conflicts,
misbehaviour, etc. The clients are not able to enjoy their facilities as expressed before.
Perception and Stereotype Thinking:- This refers to an advance imagination for the
person culture and behaviour to act accordingly. The Go Travel organisation suffers with
it as the staff have a perception about another country's individuals that they have more
ego, attitude, etc. This lacks in achievement of organisation goals and objectives
effectively and efficiently.
