Business communication have been considered as the important aspects as the process of sharing
information among the people within and outside company. The major purpose of effective
communication is to understand the employee and management to have proper interactions in order to
reach the goal of organization.
The Go travels company have decided to per new offices in Europe as purposes of expansion. The
company is mostly facing the unorganized staff along with lacks of communications among the
offices.
Linguistic Barriers
The languages are the considerer to the main barriers towards the effective communication's. The

accounted.The language difference consider to be in difficulty towards the unfamiliar accents. The
