Benchmarking questionnaire
The benchmarking process involved asking several questions to the management team,
patients and the employees so that the organization can maintain quality, patient satisfaction,
safety and health improvement of the patient. The following question were posted during the
benchmarking process.
1. To the management team, we required to know if they have a history of successful
deliverance and services to their patients and how the history has improved medical care
and reduced on cost. (Zelmer, et.al (2017).
2. We needed to know how the organization market its services to their patients and the
government support they receive so as to facilitate their services. For those with chronic
disease how long did it take for them to recover and is there any follow-ups made after
the patient is released? How did the cost of the services vary and how did they ensure
their services were paid efficiently?
3. How does the trend in seeking services vary with time and how they managed to keep in
contact with their patients? The type of problems they encountered in their everyday
activity and how they solved them? How is the organization able to connect family
members of the elderly with their patients and how they managed to keep the progress of
the patient in progress?
4. What type of services do the maids and doctor offer to their patient to ensure they were
comfortable? For the patients who requested for home services or services in different
location, what procedures were used for them to get the services done?
