Introduction
The Golden Wattle Leisure pty is a leisure group that has dynamic business products and still moving
forward towards more development. It has six racecourses where all racing fixtures takes place. They
are also famous for being the largest operator of horseracing in Victoria. The company is planning to
redevelop the racecourse in Hamilton in order to construct a five storey grandstand with features like
exhibition, and conference centres. Also a casino and 120 bed hotel will open for Regent Louis Stakes
meeting in August, 2021. Therefore, the Golden Wattle Leisure pty is looking for all the possible
procurement solution as well as budgets to implement in their developing business so that optimum
solutions can be generated in terms of performance of the business. The goal of this project is to
discuss all the stakeholders involved in the project, and the success criteria that led to the project
completion.
