Overview
Recreation of the centre improves facilities for the participants. It enhances the level of
participation and involvement. In this recreation project, private golf centre will renovate by
construction deck and upgrading landscape. In the golf club centre, there is 2000 member of the
team. Every member has their responsibility and contributes to this project. The recreation of
club simulates the landscaping and deck of the golf club. It engages the number of sportspeople
and the excitement of the member.
Thus, the recreation of the golf club must consider the idea of development and innovation of
each member -
• Identify innovative ways to construct a deck in the golf club
• Complete cost /benefit analysis of the project
• Upgrading landscape in the golf club

Project Background and Description
This project is coming due to the observation of less number of people in the golf. People are not
taking an interest in this game. This project may raise the importance of sports person in this area
and add the number of people who make interest. If the cover of the book is creative; it may help
to attract readers. Same in this case, golf ground took a further step in the innovation area. It may
invite an individual who takes interest which will help in the profitability of the project. This
project needs to involve a member of the golf club (RamaJogi, 2017). It may directly or
indirectly. 2000 members took the step in the direction of making innovative and attractive golf
ground. Construction of deck is a healthy and creative idea for the sports person. Golf maintains
the heartbeat rate and makes individual full of enthusiasm. Deck helps to walk, run as a warm up
before participating in golf. Upgrading landscape in golf club maintains the balance between
game and nature. It needs better strategies to develop a scene in golf ground. This project will
require around one month for completion. Estimation of budget $6000 and the project needs
approval from all the team members and the owner of the golf ground.

Project Scope
The objective of the project will be achieved if all the strategies and approach will be followed in
a proper manner. The secondary option will be if all the task and job will be done timely and
under the estimated project. This project may be small but it is a part of a large project which
may be defined as the renovation of the golf ground for making it's future better. The future
planned project is to increase the area of ground area, increase the existing seats, walking and
running area must have fresh air.
The limitations of this project are:
1) The area of the deck must be reasonable, not fuller or not get smaller in size.
2) Excellent quality of raw material will be used in the deck.
3) The landscape will be upgraded in the boundary level of the ground.
4) The budget will not be extended up to the estimated cost.
5) The project must be completed before the timeline because other projects will depend on one
another.
The scopes of the project are high that it helps to attract the number of sportspeople. This project
gives the professional design to the golf ground. This planning is to attract families, golf-course,
rural residential. Landscape motivates and inspires sportsman internally. For landscape, the use
of waterfall, grow plant, plant trees and provide habitat to some birds. It creates a healthy
environment in the stressful gaming session. Deck provides space for running and walking to
sportsperson or their family members. This project gives unique direction to the golf area where
people can reduce their stress or depression and enjoy the game with full of natural species. This

project requires various activities from making strategies to implement strategies over the task.
Activities include choosing the material of deck, size and the area where it placed.

• A team of the professional interior designer who has creative ideas to make a better approach.
