Describe what you believe about Good Faith, Religion, Spirituality and why
Good Faith
Good Faith is what one actually believes in. Good faith exists independently and is inherent
regardless of whether you tell anyone of the beliefs you share or not. It is also independent of
whether or not someone actually share your beliefs (Bengtson, 2017).
Religion
Religion on the other hand is an organized faith group. A group of people who have similar
faith in some manner share the same faith is called a religion.
Spirituality
Spirituality is a broader concept with varying and broad perspectives. It causes us to believe
in a sense of connection with something bigger and supernatural which involves the search
for life’s meaning. Many scholars describe spirituality as a universal human experience that
touches all of us.
Importance of Faith, Religion and Spirituality
Religion, faith and spirituality is important to the live of many people and to believe in a
supernatural being. People who believe in religion, faith and spirituality believe in God. They
seek guidance on life’s questions of rights and wrongs (Zinnbauer, et al,2015). Religion and
spirituality helps to guide us in situations that would be difficult to understand like health,
wealth and inner peace. I believe in a supernatural being who has good desires and intentions
for all the creations he made. Good faith is faith that is healthy and strong and faith in a God
who has all intention of goodness to humankind. A person speaks in good faith when they

have intentions that are honorable. In today’s world, a common good is a reflection of our
endeavors and reflections on religious matters.
