essay aims to substantiate how and to what extent big organizations follow their core values. The
researcher would explore and highlight various evidences in favor of the arguments produced in
the essay, regarding the two companies Amazon and Google. The employee policy of Google is
highly reputed and various researchers speak of their policy as the strongest foundation behind
their global business. In a same way, Amazon’s value chain, incorporating their providers and
clients with business value generation, has been one of the big reasons beyond their global
domination on the ecommerce business (Corfield and Paton 2016). The idea of business integrity
takes shape in the way Google handles their employees and Amazon connects with their
providers and client base. Providing evidence of the business policies and business procedures,
this essay would evaluate up to what extent the two abovementioned organizations are
aligning to their core business values in order to achieve success in business.
