KURT LEWIN'S CHANGE MODEL
Kurt Lewin’s change model is a three step model which can be
defined as:
• Unfreeze – This step defines that the organization first
should identify that the change is necessary in the
organization.
• Change – The next step is to conduct the change by
identifying, analyzing and adopting the new ways of doing
or performing the operations in the company.
• Refreeze – This step needs proper control over the
organization’s operations do that the company can conduct
the operations regularly and walk on that path.
