INTRODUCTION
Information Technology in India is an industry consisting of two major components: IT
services and business process outsourcing (BPO). Present report will lay emphasis on Google
Chrome. It is a cross-platform web browser developed by Google. It focuses on summary of
findings and appropriate recommendations which needs to be taken by Google chrome.

Summary of findings
It can be stated that digital technology is advancing from day to day. This has enabled in
providing various types of software and applications which is utilised by business. Also, in every
sector and business there is use of technology in it. This has not only benefited in increasing
efficiency but also in data security, communication, etc. moreover, new software is emerging and
used by organisation in their different operations. Thus, there primary as well as secondary needs
are fulfilled. usually, there are various types of digital technologies which is been used by
organisation such as big data, AI, cloud computing, etc. these all are having its own importance
and use within firm (Patel. and Verma, 2019). ERP has enabled in managing useful resources
and improving efficiency of business. The big data is useful in storing large data set and
accessing of info in easier way. But it is analysed that among all these technologies the most
crucial is cloud computing. This is because it has provided a new and advance way of sharing
of info through G mail, Google, etc. thus, it is highly useful technology that has fulfilled need of
organisation. Furthermore, with rise in online services with use of cloud computing it has
become easy to provide services online to people in wide area. The online services have also
increased need and development in this technology because of which it is also used to provide
other kinds of services as well. The use of advance technology and software has increased usage
and need of data storage and computing because of which need of cloud storage and services has
also increased (Bhatnagar, and Singh, 2020).
However, within cloud computing virtualisation is used. This allows in managing and
using of devices virtually. So, there is no extra need of IT infrastructure to carry IT functions.
Thus, it has resulted in reducing cost of organisation as well. Within cloud computing large data
set can be easily stored and accessed. Along with it, the platforms on which cloud computing
operate is Microsoft azure, Amazon, etc. generally, this technology is used by firm to store
sensitive data and info. as the risk is low in hacking or stealing of info from cloud computing

thus it is used by companies. The tool is highly useful for business as it allows in providing
services online, storing of data, manage and use resources, etc. hence, it used for different
purpose and ways and reducing cost of organisation. It is also being analysed that Cloud
computing is technology that can be used for digital business as it not only offers storage,
analytics, low code platform and functional programming platform to digital business but also
helps in fueling innovation within an organization. It also helps the organizations in gaining
understanding of ways in which they can reduce their operational cost and increase speed and
accuracy which will further help them to bring digital transformation within their business. In
addition to that, it is found that there are many theories and models applied of management in
organization. For example- resources based, complexity theory, etc. with help of these theories it
has become easy for company to resemble market and gain competitive advantage. Also,
resources and capability of organization has increased as well. Thus, in this way use of theory
has led to enhance performance of organization in effective way (Patel. and Verma, 2019).

It can be concluded that digital technologies are emerging in the market. There are many
new and advance software and application used by organisation. This has led to fulfil their needs
and making changes in operations, functions, etc. there are different technologies used such as
cloud computing, ERP, AI, etc. but among the cloud computing is used more. It is an online
network where all files are stored and also it helps in providing online services to customers. It
has enable in storing large data set with more and advance security. It has provided a new and
advance way of sharing of info through G mail, Google, etc (Uses of information technology,
2016).
It has been also summarised that there are many platforms of operating cloud computing
such as Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. within cloud computing virtualisation is used. This
allows in managing and using of devices virtually. So, there is no extra need of IT infrastructure

As explained above about the emerging technologies and its usage in organisation. So,
there is various technology such as cloud computing, AI, ERP, etc. these all has led to creating

positive impact on performance of organisation. Besides that, it is evaluated that cloud
computing is usually used. So, in IT sector there will be high growth and advancement in it.
The use of technology will bring in changes in operation and way of storing and accessing info.
in future it will be easy to store large data set without any high risk involved in it. In addition to
it, IT sector efficiency will be increased and it will lead to 7th generation of telecommunication
and new tools and equipment to use in daily life. However, the use of cloud computing has made
it easy for IT sector to access and store data in effective way. The services are offered online in
less cost and resulting in generating high revenue. Moreover, emerging of new technologies will
transform IT sector. As IT sector is entirely related to use of technology so it requires integrating
one or 2 software and technology so that more advance tools can be developed. For instance, in
cloud computing AI can be integrated which will enable in enhancing efficiency of cloud. The
services will be delivered through AI and resources will also be easily managed. Furthermore, as
IT sector is vast so it requires to upgrade new technologies in it. IT sector can invest more in
R&D so that new technologies are emerged. Cloud computing is highly used by organisation
who are operating in IT sector. Hence, it has led to decrease in cost of operations and offering
services (Patel. and Verma, 2019).
Recommendation on how conclusion can apply to Google chrome
Google is a tech company that operate all over the world. It is known for its various types
of services being offered to people and companies. The company is completely dependent on use
of technology. However, there most of services is related to technology only. Therefore, it is
necessary for company to develop new technologies. For this there are certain recommendations
which they can follow. They are defined as below
 The company must start their own cloud computing services with own platform. This will
allow in offering services to customer and also they will be able to store data on it easily.
Google should apply the concept of virtualisation in cloud computing. It will enable in
integrating of resources within network and breaking of bandwidth in various channels so that
real time service is offered (Niveditha, and Sujatha, 2020).
 They can improve bugs and security as well as privacy of cloud computing so that
confidential data and info is secured and safe. With that business efficiency will increase
and it will enable in maintaining of transparency of overall process.

 Another recommendation is that organisation can integrate AI within cloud computing. In
that it will enable in operating automatically and enhancing performance of company in
providing of services to people. Through that, real time data will be obtained and making
changes in allocation of resources on basis of data obtained.
 Moreover, network, storage and desktop virtualisation can be integrated by Google in
their cloud computing. Thus, new concept and way can be included in it.
 Google can invest more in R&D in order to develop new technologies. This will allow
them to gain competitive advantage in market and allowing them to generate more
revenue and profit.
In order to compete in market Google can make more advancement in their cloud computing
services
(Chatfield, and Reddick, 2017). Here, they can provide 1-2 months’ services free of cost and
attract customers. In these way needs of company can be fulfilled
