including the cost, schedule and all the other smaller aspect relating to the project. The major
reason for discussing the PMP is that this provides an overview of the whole project in better

Cost- the cost is the amount of money which is being undertaken in order to complete the
project. The total cost of the completion of this project will be approximately £40- 50.
Time- the time is the duration in which the current project will be completed and for the
completion of the present project the time duration undertaken is around 6- 7 weeks.
Quality- for the project to be successful the most important thing for the scholar is to
make use of the qualitative resources and tools. This is majorly because of the reason that
when the scholar will make the use of the quality tools then this will result in better
working.
Communication- this is also very important as if the outcome of the project will not be
communicated in proper manner then this will create problem and issues. The major
communication medium used are direct, emails, message and other written form of
communication.
Risk- there are many different types of risk involved during the completion of the project
in successful manner. These risks involve financial risk, risk of outdated data, technical
risk and many others.
Resources- there are many different types of resources which are undertaken in order to
complete the project (Kivilä, Martinsuo and Vuorinen, 2017). These resources are as like
stationary, computer, laptop, money, human resource and many other type of resources.

P4 Primary and secondary research
Secondary research
As per the views of Poisat, Mey and Sharp (2018) the talent management is defined as
the process through which company tries to stimulate the employees and motivate them to
remain the organization for a longer period of time. This is majorly because of the reason that
when the company does not provide any extra benefit to the employees then they will not be
attracted towards the company. this will decrease their interest within the working and operations
of the company and it might be possible that they may leave the organization.
On the other Collings, Mellahi and Cascio (2019) argues that this is the major reason for
the company to work on their talent management strategies to a great extent. This is particularly

because of the reason that if the company will undertake the use of different talent management
strategies then this will attract attention of the employees and they will like to work within the
company. In the similar manner there are many different types of strategies which are helpful for
the company in attracting the employees.
With reference to the views of van Zyl, Mathafena and Ras (2017) the most common
talent management strategy used by the companies are providing rewards and recognition. This
can be a better strategy for the company in managing and attracting the talent. This is majorly
because of the reason that when the company will provide financial benefits and motivators to
the employees then this will attract the interest of the companies to a great extent.
In addition to this Beamond, Farndale and Härtel (2016) argues that major important
strategy for the management of talent within the company is the providing of the training and
development for the employees. The major reason for this is that when the employees within the
company will get motivated as the company is providing them with the better opportunity to
grow in the company. in addition to this when the company will provide training to the
employees then the employees will have the feeling that the company is taking care of the
employees and in against of that employees will also work in better and effective manner.
On the other side Ford (2017) argues that the major impact of the use of talent
management strategy is that this will increase the morale of the employees. As a result of this the
performance of the employees will increase and in turn this will increase the overall performance
of the company. In against of this Mahfoozi and et.al. (2018) argues that the major impact of
using the talent management strategies by the company is that this increases the cost of the
company. The major reason for this is that when the company will undertake the use of different
talent management strategies then this will increase the cost of the company.
Research methods
Research types- for the completion of the research the scholar has made use of qualitative
research as this will assist the scholar to increase the knowledge and awareness of the
people relating to various strategies of talent management (Zangirolami-Raimundo,
Echeimberg and Leone, 2018).
Research approach- there are two approaches of research that is inductive and deductive.
The inductive approach is the one which involves use of making aim and objective.
Whereas the deductive approach is the one which involves making hypothesis and trying

to find it. The approach used here is inductive as this assist the person in developing an
aim and objective for the research and then conducting the research on basis of that.
Research philosophy- the philosophy are the beliefs which underlies the selection of the
methods of research and is of two type that is positivism and interpretivism. For the
purpose of philosophy, the interpretivism philosophy is being used as this method is best
suited with the qualitative type of research (Basias and Pollalis, 2018).
Data collection- for the purpose of collection of data the source used is the combination
of the primary and secondary data. Under the primary data the use of questionnaire will
be made and for secondary source the use of published data will be used with help of
books, journal, papers and other published resources are used (Ørngreen and Levinsen,
2017).
Sampling- for the sampling the use of random sampling method was used and the sample
of 30 respondents of Google in order to know about the talent management strategies
used by the company.
Data analysis- for the purpose of analysis of the collected data the use of thematic
analysis was done as this is helpful for the researcher in using the tables, charts and make
the presentation more attractive.
