strategies and plans in order to develop better workplace environment for employees. The
purpose of this research is to collect information of diversity and equality to develop efficient
policies for organization.
Project Management plan
Cost- In order to complete research for organization some investment need to be made to arrange
resources to collect specific data form it (Hideg and Ferris, 2016). There are some other expenses
are need to be made to prepare the complete research work. The cost of this research work is 700
Euros.
Scope- There is huge scope of these research in the future. This research can be used by the
organization to get better effective data regarding diversity and equality to develop better
strategies and policies to improve the performance of employees (Klarsfeld and et. al., 2016).
This research also can be used by other researches to find research gap and future scope of
research. It can be also used a base for further researches.
Time- Time management is most important in conducting research. By using better time
management plan and schedule research can be completed with in the time frame provided by
organization. Time period of eight weeks has been used to complete this research work.
Quality- There are different type of consideration are used in the research work to prepare report
with high accuracy and precision to meet research goals. Research was focused on the aim and
objective to collect more precise data (Colgan, 2015). The resources which are used for research
work were authenticated and authorized. Data collection process was focused on the research
question to gather efficient data.
Communication- communication is important part of the research. With help of better
communication effectiveness of collected data can be improved. It can also help to interpret data
which is collected from the company employees (Kirton and Greene, 2015). There are some
points are need to be considered in the research to improve its effectiveness. Language,
translation and formate used for research work is efficient to meet the communicative purpose of
research.
Risk- There are various type of risks are associated with research work. Some risks that are
associated with the research work are related to the data security and privacy. The data which is
collected in the research can be misused by people with offensive intentions (Syed and Ozbilgin,
strategies and plans in order to develop better workplace environment for employees. The
purpose of this research is to collect information of diversity and equality to develop efficient
policies for organization.
