There has been an improvement in technology and all sectors of communication and data
transfer. Computer systems are heavily applied in almost all areas of production. Technology-
based companies innovate and develop their products to fit customer needs. Clients’ demand for
customized products has prompted the production of high-tech gadgets. The leading companies
in the business strive to stay at the top by continuous innovations that are beyond customer
expectations. Google is probably one of the leading enterprises in the industry. The company
majorly deals with information database and is used to get any information. Apart from the
provision of information and internet-based services, it also produces electrical devices which
can store and process data.
Over the past few years, Google has come up with a new way of accessing data through
a wearable computing system known as google glass. Google glass, in appearance, is similar to
the regular pair of glasses, the user of these google glasses can access information anywhere and
at any time. Google glasses have been in the US market since 2015, and recently then the
company is working on the improvement in the functioning of the lenses to perform multiple
tasks. Since the invention of google glasses, people have had different reactions to this
technology advancement. Google glass perform a similar function to what to what computers,
tablets, and smartphones do. The style that comes with it gives the gadget an edge over the other
accessories. The google glass is efficient in data collection, this is enabled by the use of the
google glass camera that provide detailed photography and recorded videos.

Computer development has put technology on another level. From the traditional
computers to the laptops, the tablets, and smartphones. Computing systems are applied in every
Major Corporation or business enterprise. Data analysis, telecommunication, and business
transactions are now implementing computer systems. The fashion industry has also taken to
electrical accessories. The recent development in computers is the inventions of wearable
computing systems. The wearable systems are any electronic devices that can store and process
data and are incorporated in clothing or other accessories ("wearable computer," 2017). The
wearable computing system is mostly used when one needs to acquire information secretly
without the consent of their audience. Wearable computer system can include hidden cameras on
cloth buttons or a microphone. Bluetooth headsets that are put on the ear are also part of the
wearable computing systems.
A good example of a wearable computer system is the Google Glass that can access
information and date anywhere and at any time. The gadget is designed to be controlled by the
user by swiping using. Watches that are also mobile phones are a common site today.
The most attractive feature about the google glass. The device has many features that make it
top of the line. The device displays all the available information on the glass; it has a camera
button, a power button, a speaker, a battery and a touchpad ("key factors of Google glass," 2017).
The feature that is most appealing is the touchpad at the side of the glass. The touchpad allows
navigation of data. A backward swipe of the touchpad brings current events like the weather, and
a forward swipe brings past activities of the user. A downward slide on the pad returns the glass
to the previous screen,

The most important weakness of the Google Glass. Every invention has strengths and
weaknesses. The google glass is limited to only users without with the optical glasses. However,
the major limitation of the device is that it does not address privacy. Google glass provides a gap
that can allow privacy breach. Anybody other than the user can take photos, and record videos
without the consent of the user (rrare; 2017). Data on the device can be accessed by everyone
making it a breach of privacy. Information in the google glass can be wrongly used to blackmail
or compromise ones’ privacy.
What is the suggestion to address the weakness: The glasses can be modified by
installation of an authentication system. Fingerprint identifier can be installed which will require
the user to place the index finger on the lens for scanning. Once the fingerprint matches with the
one in the database of the device, the glass will initiate startup.
Marketing plan.
A marketing plan is a technique that the marketing team will use to achieve the
objectives within the stipulated time frame to reach their target. The project should be clearly
stated, it should also include the objectives to be attained at the end of the project. In the
marketing plan there should be a detailed breakdown structure of information. The market plan
will also require that a report should be written periodically so as to compare the outcomes of
each stage. The work breakdown structure will enable the team to easily manage their activities
by stating what should and the time frame expected to complete the task.

The project requires that we sell a minimum of 1000 pieces of Google class in U.S in
the year 2017. The objective can only be accomplished by creating a marketing plan that will
help to realize the goal. A successful marketing plan will involve all key players in the company;
it will also include the target accomplishment, the marketing mix, and the marketing goals. It
will also include finance, manufacturers, the supply personnel and the marketing team itself. The
project has a high probability of being achieved if the marketing team focus mostly on their
potential clients. For instance, the population that is most likely probable of adopting the
technology is the medical institutions.
Work breakdown structure (WBS).
A work breakdown structure of the project will provide guidance to the marketing team
by breaking down their activities that will help realize their objective. The WBS breaks down the
project into manageable components making it easy to use the components in market planning
(Gordon, 2017). The work breakdown structure will also ensure timely completion of the
assigned task. It will also make it easier to manage and supervise the activities.
A good breakdown schedule will follow the following actions of a scheme to archive its
target. The strategy includes a work broken structure, marketing objectives, a marketing structure
and the market mix, the target audience, strategies and breakdown ("why you need a marketing
plan," 2017).

The technique to be followed will include the following;
Background analysis- giving a history report about what you are selling will provide
more insight to the target clients. This analysis can include evidence of its success and the
procedure to use the product. Demonstration of how it works. Giving this information will open
new opportunities to sell the product much better.
Market strategy and market mix- marketing strategy provides the direction on which to take.
It will include an explanation on how to present the product to the target population in the best
way that it can satisfy them. Components that make up the market strategy are known as the
market mix. The market mix includes the 4p’s: price, product, place, promotion ("definition of
the market mix," 2017).
 Price- is the value of the product. Some factors that determine price include the cost of
production and demand. The price value enhance the image of the product
