Management refers to the coordination and organisation of business activities
in regard of attaining certain objectives. Google is the referred enterprise in
the report which is an American technology organisation experiencing in
internet-associated products and service including search engine, cloud
computing etc. Report assess the importance of operation management.
Approaches of operations management and factors that affect the business
environment are assessed for better understanding over the task as well.

related with designing and controlling. This refers to process
of production administration and business operations in
relation to production of services and goods (Chase, 2016).

Operation management is administration of business activities to ascertain
maximum organization's efficiency. This includes entire actions
