and software. This is one of the big four technology company of the world long with the
Apple, Amazon and Facebook. The company was founded by Larry Page and Sergey Brin is
1998 in California (Google 2019). Later on Google become one of the leading subsidiary of
Conglomerate Company called Alphabet Inc. and still the firm is working under the umbrella
of the Alphabet Inc. The core business of the Google is the search engine apart from the
company reported the massive growth by offering the several services. Some important
service offered by Google are Google Docs, Gmail, Google map, YouTube, Google Chrome
and various other. The company also produces the various hardware products like Nexus,
Google Pixel, Google Home, Google Fiber and various. This report is aimed to identify and
analyse the organizational structure of the Google and try to explain why the organization is
