1Reflective Writting
This research has been conducted by us in order to identify the resources which can
help Google LLC to increase their organizational growth. Considering the competency in the
internet field the fundamental objective of this study is to find and incorporate advance
resources in order to mitigate the drawbacks of Google LLC and increase their potential
growth as well. After the conduction of the investigation of essential resources needed by
google it has been observed that google needs AI based technology, Retaining existing
employ and effective advertisement procedure as well.
After the completion of above investigation, I have earned knowledge about AI based
technology and how they can help the organization to improve their services. Since, AI
technology stands to represent machine automation it has helped the organization to reduce
the human interruption which will help to enhance their services. During the research period I
have also gained knowledge about the future scope of AI in the Google LLC in order to meet
the customer expectation. Along with that the research has also described how the retention
of existing employees can improve the work efficiency of the organization. Due to a positive
and innovative workplace the employs of google has reached their target towards making the
google platform to provide most effective services to the user. Thus, for the betterment of the
organization existing employees which are one of the major resources of google will play a
role of experienced professionals while improving their business strategy. Apart from the
above resources I have also learned about how an effective advertisement procedure can help
to improve the services of any organization. Incorporation of mobile ads has helped a lot in
order to growth in their digital market by seeking the customer attention.
While discussion about the potential growth of Google LLC by the adoption of above
resources several drawbacks have been observed during the research period. The main
concern about the implementation of AI based technology was the risk of micromanagement
and decision-making capability of the automated system as well. Also the approach of the

retention of existing employ layoff has influenced the employ morality which has a direct
impact on the productivity and the services of concerned organization as well as the
competition in the market of digital advertisement has influenced the marketing strategy of
Google LLC.
Followed by the research I have also learned the mitigation factors of the above
problems which includes the adoption of appropriate requirements in order to implement
effective AI based system which supports transparent AI system and Faceless logarithm as
well. Developing the AMO framework can help to reduce the drawbacks of employ retention
along with these the research has also helped to gain knowledge about the marketing strategy
of the concerned organization by developing their own advertisement market which will help
to improve their organizational demand in the international market.
Lastly, by the conduction of this research it has helped me to determine that the
utilization of AI based system resources will surely have a significant impact on the potential
growth of Google LLC.
