without taking consent from their subordinates . In fact, these type of bosses are having
full control on juniors and direct them to do assigned job in a given time period.

There are various stakeholders of Google – customers, management, employees, shareholders,
society, government; while making any business decision it is essential for business organisation
to involve all these persons so as to accomplish vision in the best possible manner. Thus, for this
purpose management should create metaphors, figures of speech and slogans and determine

effective leaders who successful embedded change in the organisation concerned with specific
strategies. For successful execution of policies or strategies, leaders need to adapt effective

effective manner. All the strategies and aspects which define for a company need to establish and
identify in better and effective manner. All the aspects like strategy, leadership will going to
define from me in my project like leadership etc. All such enable me to understand the better and
effective aspects. The ext step of gibbs reflective model stands and define for me about the
feelings and things which used to take place in better and supportive manner. Thus, I used to
determine the feelings which associated with such aspects in better relationship manner. Then, I
need to evaluate all major strength and consideration of strategies so that they used to implement
in better and supportive manner. Thus, such consideration will going to analyse properly and in
supportive manner which enable me to gain and define effective outcome. Then I used to
