This article is mainly designed for the peers of the neurology department of thi

Discussion
In the human body the production of uric acid takes place due to the breakdown of puri
present in the food particles and human body as well. The produced uric acid is dissolv
the blood and passes into the urine through the kidneys. However, in some specific cas
body produces high amount of uric acids or the kidney may fail to excrete the
properly. Thus the high amount of urate crystals starts to accumulate in the body and t
also named as monosodium urate (MSU). The interaction of this MSU and nearb
stimulates the neutrophil entrance and formation of inflammatory macrophage ph
(M1). Therefore, this process leads to expression of various inflammatory mediators suc
