Executive Summary
Nanotechnology is the modern approach used in the pharmaceutical sector. Government
is currently facing issues like lack of trust of the people towards utilising the technology. This
need to eliminate by the government with support of the potential research and the marketing
practices. This is a new technology that require promotions to overcome the risk factor and also
the lack of trust issue in the general people.

INTRODUCTION
The issue that is covered in this module belong to the issues and challenges face by the
United Kingdom government related to the implementation of nanotechnology in pharmaceutical
sector. This approach taken by the government is highly progressive that further empower
stakeholder to process with this approach in order to achieve better control between resource
available and the societal requirements. Currently the whole pharmaceutical sector is controlled
and monitored by the medicines act 1968 and the pharmacy order 2010. Further the medicine and
healthcare product regulatory agency regulate medicines, medical devices and blood
components. This study will roam around the issues and challenges that government in United
Kingdom is facing at this point in time to implement nenotechnology enabled in pharmaceutical
sector. Potential solution that can support the government to cover the respective area will be
discussed in this study.
Research design
Nanotechnology in pharmaceutical contain the subnanosize structure. This contain a drug
or bioactive substances and are constituted of several tens or hundreds of atoms or molecules in
crystalline, amorphous, spherical or needless morphologies. This would allow the stakeholder
and scientist where they can ensure drugs are delivered to specific areas of body with the greater
precision (Foladori and et.al., 2017). The government can implement strategic promotions so that
more trust can built around the technology. In order to eliminate the risk advanced level of test
and the practice implication is require to be done to overcome the risk issue of technology.
Environmental impact can eliminate by reducing the use of plastic while manufacturing the
tablets and such medicines. Transparency can be improved with clear and strategic action.
Alternative measure and solution
The nanotechnology is a modern approach that government in United Kingdom is trying
to implement in the country. This technique is well supportive with the fact that government get
to maximise the potential ability of the medicines and tablets in order to enhance the growth and
development of the venture. Marketing of the technology is needed. Currently the trust become a
major issue for the government to implement in the industry for manufacturing the tablets and
medicines (Hameed and et.al., 2019). This is a modern technology that recently developed by the
scientist. Every technology face the trust issue at the initial point if the launch of the technology.
The promotion would allow the government to generate the trust for the technology in respective

market. Further the potential risk associated with the technology can eliminate with support of
proper control measures established. This is important factor that needed to implement by the
government to overcome the risk issue. Potential risk in the manufacturing process can eliminate
by the venture which will further allow the venture to improve the efficiency of the technology.
Proper control measure would further support the venture to overcome the risk involve in the use
of the technology. At this point in time the two areas that need to work on by the government is
the elimination of risk involve in the technology and also the less trust factor of people towards
the use of this technology.
Both the aspect need to overcome by the government with support of proper marketing
and promotion campaign. Also the potential safety measure would eliminate the risk of using the
technology in manufacturing all the potential medicines. This is a significant fact and aspect that
would support the venture to eliminate all different risk involve in using the medicines. As the
medicine are directly related to the health care sector and its contribute strategically in the
overall growth and development of the sector (Malik and et.al., 2020). The use of this technology
would empower the government to ensure and deliver better health care treatment to the people
in country. People in United Kingdom are educated and understand the need of change. The
potential and effective marketing and promotion campaign would allow the stakeholder to raise
the trust factor of people towards the use of technology. Also this is significant for the
government to maximise the public support towards the consumption of this technology in order
to advance the health care sector of country. This technology would not let the capsule divert the
treatment process which further incorporate and meet the need of specific area of body.
Risk is also involve in using the nanotechnology. The biggest risk factor associated with
this technology is that it will further damage the lungs of the people. Using the liquid product
would further eliminate the negative effect of nenotechnology. This will further be require to
promote by the stakeholder in order to overcome the negative and damaging area of the
technology. Further the doctor must regularly review the lungs of the patient entertaining thee
nanotechnology in the medication practice (Paramanya and et.al., 2020). This technology can
interact with the living organism that also need to eliminate with constant cure practice adopted
by the stakeholder. The major emphasis government must given over the positive element and
aspect and characteristic of the technology such as size, chemical composition and shape like
features. All this would allow the stakeholder group to eliminate the negative and side effect

associated with the medication process adopted by the patient. This technology is new hence the
knowledge is only limited over the use of this technology. The government need to constantly
acquire studies to maximise the potential aspect associated with the use of this technology. It can
be supported with the fact that the use of this technology is significant for the doctor to eliminate
or overcome the different side effects associated with medication practice adopted by the
stakeholder (Sousa And et.al., 2019). The more research over the technology would allow and
support the government in United Kingdom to eliminate all negative areas and factors associated
with the technology. Further the research and development would allow the stakeholder to know
all the possible ways to develop the ability and support for enhancing and maximisation the
growth of this technology in future development prospect.
