There are many different kinds of issues or problems that are being faced by human
beings. In the modern day society the two issues that are being faced by humans’ beings are
poverty and racial discrimination (Simmons, 2015). There are some individuals who really think
about the welfare of the citizens of the country. However they are not always able to take care of
their interest because they do not get the permission from their senior managers. For an instance,
if the finance ministers want to help the poor and the needy people then they will not be able to
do so because they will not be getting the timely permission from their seniors. Racial
discrimination is also one of the major issues being faced by human beings (Deakin, 2015).
However there is lack of proper awareness and education. This will make all the people
understand about the need for the feedback system. The feedback system must be developed in a
proper way so that all the people can be properly is taken care of.
Anti democratic rule must also be stopped so that all the people of the society irrespective
of their social and the economic status are able to lead their lives properly and get the equal
amount of opportunities. In order to do this, all the people of the society, including Government
and the different people of society are able to live without any complaints.
