The article specifies about the bout the uncertainty in Government to provide services to public
services; they portray lack of justice, stability, in their activities. This kind of activities, which
portrays instability, injustice and confusing activities, which has been a reason for Governments
being perished. The development portrayed by American Constitutions, did not contribute much
in the development of the public councils, as well betterment of the common people. The
problems with the article is that it did not provide the exact solution for the problems created by
the American Governments, the facts provided does not have any facts and statistics, which
makes the writing vague (Press-pubs.uchicago.edu. 2020). The article has also pointed out the
conflicts, which happens between two opposition parties among public, one which supports the
Government policies and another who opposes and stands against the instability of the
Government. The issues are also not being pointed out for which public has been facing
problems, in case of Governments instability, confusion and in consistency.
The questions that have been pointed out in this article are as follows:
 What are the issues for which the Government instability has been pointed out?
 What are steps that needs to be taken by Government that will make them serve the needs
of the public?
 How will the issues and differences among individuals in public council will be
eradicated?
 Is unity among public opinions is necessary for the Government to take considerable
measures in enhancing the betterment of common people?

In order to conduct the research the researcher has managed to make only the qualitative research
and he has focused more on it only. It is has been witnessed that the management of the entire
research process is done in an improper way which is a necessary factor to make logical
assessments. The most of the times the researcher has gone only case specific and in that case he
has only provided issues that have happened in the past. However, the issues faced in the past
have a major contribution to the development of the misleading opinions of the people but it is
also seen that the thoughts that have been portrayed by the researcher is in a god state. The issues
associated with the budget cuts have been detailed in the research but the most important
measures to make sure that the problems are mitigated have not been discussed in a proficient
manner. There are many considerable options to make sure that the issues have been meet but the
researcher has shown biasness towards few of them. The education budget is one of the most
important factors of a nation and it is seen that the issues regarding complying with the
requirements have been detailed in a proficient manner. The researcher has focused on the
assumptions that might be beneficial in future and might not be as well.
