I have selected the topic of effect of government policy change on performance on the

performance of Aged Care Institution in Australia, which focuses on the impact that the

government policy has on the daily base performance of the age care institute situated

in Australia. I have selected this topic as it has emerged as a current trending topic over

the world wide and it also contain helpful and efficient information related with the

government interference in the business institution
(Wakerman et al. 2017).
Problem Definition

The problem defined under the topic is related with the health issues related with the

elderly aged group of people as the elderly aged people become weak. I have identified

other major problems defined under this topic such as the problems related with money

and problems related with the mental and physical health of the people especially of the

old age group of people.

Research Questions

Under the study of the topic I have found one research question which helps me to

easily understand about the major part of the whole topic. The research question that I

have developed under the topic is:

Search Process

During the search process I have found some polices which are implemented by the

government to improve the health facilities for the aged people. Under the study of the

topic I have seek two policies which was developed and implemented for protecting and

ensuring the safety of old age group of people. The policies which I have seek under the

topic are as follows:

Aging Act 1984\ Pension Act 1909: The policy of Aging Act 1984 was
implemented by the government of Australia in order to impel welfare and thriving

standard of the age care institution of Australia and I have also searched that in

1909 the Australian government has also taken a policy of Pension Act in order

to deal with the problem of money and to ensure the sustainable values of the

age protection of the old age group of people (
Willis, et. al., 2016).
Community Care Program: During the search process I have also came across
to the different care programs undertaken by the government for the aged people

such as community care program which was developed to improve awareness

among the elderly people about the health activities.

Summarize of the relevant article

From the overall article I understood about the significance and impact of the

government policies on the health facilities for all the age group of people. In the study

of the topic i came to know about lawful commitments that the government establish

under the human services act and national system act. I have also come to know that

the Government of Australia has also under taken the development of health care

quantitate analysis is based on the numeric proof and data collection associated with

the relevant research.

Data Collection: This method is carried through collection of data from two different

resources. The first resource is primary resources includes collection of data is done by

the team themselves and secondary resources includes collection of data from articles,

journals, etc
