The management is the process of planning, organising, leading and controlling resources
of a company. The organisational management includes proper adjustment of setting values and
rules of firm, designing of structures, arranging all resources and managing day to day
performance. This assignment is based on Grace Food that is a food manufacturing company
established in 1922. This Report will discuss the key function of business that can help in
promoting image of organization. Study will describe effectiveness of structures in order to raise
brand image and overall profitability of the organization (Armstrong and Taylor, 2014).
