In the world of business, there are several types of factors accessible that may put direct

that Mia owned, intense competition is one of those external forces that may influence on this
company in negative manner in term of declining it market share. It happens so, because many
companies enter into real state sector where the competition level between each company is
increased. Just because of that chosen firm may face challenge, which decline its sales and
profits margin. Another influence that a particular factor put on current business is merger, which
may lead to decrease sale and put negative impact on existing employee’s performance as well as
productivity.
Discussing why candidates may resist change
The main reason to resist change in Grace Realty is work environment transformation,
after merger, which directly lead to decrease the performance and working satisfaction of 5 full
time staff and 7 casual employees who are currently performing in Mia Grace owned firm.
Individual employee within organization may do not prefer to work with new working
environment where they might do not feel comfortable and productive, just like they do so in the
recent time. When the owner of company accept merger offer, people may do not prefer to work
with them as they are comfortable and take pleasure of existing working culture. Employee
resistance may negatively upon organizational success and growth and also lead to decrease its
effectiveness as real estate venture that has been operating since 2010.
