INTRODUCTION
Graduate attributes are the skills, qualities and understandings which need to be
developed as an outcome of the learning to the individual who is engaged with on their
programme of the studies. Moreover, graduation distinguish an individual from others
who don't have degree as well as it is an added value to the employers and general
society. Graduate attributes are not taught by someone but they are developed through
experience and learning as well as through the process of reflection. Apart from this,
they are the one who have potential to outlast the knowledge and contexts in which they
are originally acquired. Graduate’s attributes provide framework to engage with the
world and with on-going learning of new knowledge. Below mention report includes
Communication skills, team work and critical thinking which is required in graduate
attributes. Along with their contradict on the basis of different authors which assist in
understanding requirement of different skills in graduate attributes.

Understanding of communication skills
Communication is important in the life of every individual person so that they can
express their views and thoughts to others. For proper transfer of message, data or
information there is requirement of communication pathway which can be through social
media, in the form of written or verbal, by the help of symbols and many more.
Relevance of communication skills in professional life
As per the views of Osmani, 462 survey is conducted in which data is collected

communication skills are most important and required in graduate attributes so that they
can gain better future and job position. Along with this, individual will be able to transfer

that individual can explain their calculations as well other statements related to finance
can be explained to other orally Gray et al. (2010). Graduate employability become a

major issue because of mismatched graduate skills which is required by the employers.
If an individual doesn’t have required things as per the vacant job position, then it will
result in failure of achieving position. Communication skill is one of them which is
required in particular person for getting job in the area of business management,
accounting and computer science Osmani et al. (2015).
On the other hand, Mary Lorenz, 2018 states that there are numerous of job or
professions are there in which communications are not required such as; accountant
don't need to talk all the time. It shows that without having interaction skills an individual
can acquired graduate attributes. In fact, as per her view these people don't want
people around and avoid to get involved in conversation.
