generally take appropriate section in the field of the group presentation of actions that I have
analysed various manner of external market section of Tesco and after I considered the work
performance of the business by dealing with its challenges at the feel of the market. As I
individually considered that I perform my work in a group and it will also have an effective

T-shirt challenge
For considering and measuring the various plan of action as in relation to the t-shirt
challenge that are generally desired to demonstrate a field in the college or university e by which

the tasks that are related to it are get fixed as per to the budget and will completed in
approximately £300.
As it required various group work skills and abilities that have first stage a level of our
group growth procedure that will considered the manner that I was allowed to create a group
with suitable abilities and sense of knowledge. As secondly, it required the staff faculty who are
not aware of the plan of action but as a group leader I created the plan of action so it's my duty to
ensure all them and the will feel them relaxed and know the motive of the whole field. As third,
it is highly effective level that I was assigning the role of task to all the staff faculty and making
short to create them relaxed in the new atmosphere with new individual in the field of the area.
And at last there is performing that termed to all the group members or staff faculty involving me
who are also presenting the applicable and allocating duties in respect to achieve the eventual
targets and will create the highly durable field to demonstrate the manner with other in front of
the tutors and my executive in the group as in the college or university (Fall, Gino Canella and

The basic manner that I need or required to learn from this challenge in terms of my
personal growth is the manner of learning from the challenge that I have get for my professional
growth and personal growth is to know the orientated targeted field of the market with the
manner of support of utilising various suitable methods and also the manner to know the desired
to create efficient branding strategies in respect to advertise the products at the field of the
market as efficiently and effectively.
