INTRODUCTION
The acquisition of several abilities is a key challenge that helps in the accomplishment of an
individual's business goals in order to achieve future success. The growth of a person's depends
on various abilities as it develop confidence in individual. Economic development may meet the
criteria, but if management may not develop a number of skills, it can have a negative impact on
career progression in the respective industry, which ruined the potential of economy. Person
should aim to improve their skills by measuring the fields where excellence is required, in order
to maximise their chances of success. This assignment covers a variety of challenges, including,
presentation challenge, apprentice challenge, hotel challenge, as well as T shirt challenge all of
these can support individual to make improvement in their skills and abilities. (Sheehan, 2020)
TASK
Apprentice Challenge
Respective challenge supports me a lot in making improvement in my skills and abilities which
are related to communication. By using these skills i can easily face the challenges and take
some initiative to solve these issues. it may develop various types of marketing plans of action
by developing such type of communication which is efficient in context to management. The
management who use such a task to promote their goods and facilities in the markets on a daily
basis in order to influence prospective customers .In terms of the market industry, the difficulties
include that each member of the management team can describe a specific set of responsibilities
in order to promote their services in the marketplace (Díaz , 2020)
. It also addressed their services as well as goods which have distinct position in the present
competitive market. As different information that leads to be share in different locations of the
market for the purpose to create awareness regarding the product which tends to affect the
business in positive way. It would also address the methods for selling their products in the
different markets, as well as to make development of an individual's communication skills. (Díaz
Gómez, 2020). If I continue to engaged in the activity of management, I'll need to improve my
leadership as well as communication skills so that I can give a clearer viewpoint to my

executives and ensure that the management's goals are met as efficiently as possible in the
business (angs, 2020)
If management fails to achieve its market goals, it would have a negative affect on demand of
management. I would be able to deal with my team members more effectively if I develop my
Communication as well as leadership skills, which will help me build confidence in muyself. As
the main objective of the management is to earn maximise money in the economy. To serve the
purpose managers formulate a series of tactics to increase retail sales of their goods and tends to
maximise profits. For example, through introducing latest wrist watch in the market , marketers
make more concentration on those people who are of young age group as the reason behind it is
that it is easy to attract youngster towards the product because now people become more stylish
and fashionable. Brand marking will be completed after collaboration with team associates.

packaging become possible after protecting the most desirable output in the market, valuing of
the product that will be kept as per the superiority of the goods, different mode of advertising
are used to create brand awareness such as by using social media platforms, direct selling,
advertising in radio, televisions are done so that to increase the touch point and attracts large
audience and increase customer base which helps in business survival. At the time when
organisation decide to introduce new product in market which involves tough competition than
for business success it is important that staff members to the company should posses an effective
skills of communication so that they become capable to influence large number of people
towards their product and convert the people to customers. As it tends to increase the sales,
revenues and profitability of the company.
Presentation Challenge
In this challenge there are existence of various benefits to product that organisation tends to
launch in the competitive market as that are clarified to shareholders with the help of
performance which help to create brand image in market area. Presentation Challenge covers the
role of performance awareness of the savers that gets created the manner of the understanding by

the benefits of the facilities in the management that is providing the manner of the presentation
that should be innovative and unique that include the several sort of advantaged of the goods and
various plan of actions that are utilised by the management in the goods so that financiers might
invest in the commercial to maximise the turnover of the company in the market with the help of
this challenge(Fletcher, and et.al., 2020). I'm attempting to build a variety of creative
capabilities so that I can meet my objectives on schedule and in a timely manner in the near
future. Since I can quickly devise a new strategy for business ideas with the assistance of these
skills, it aids in influencing me to attract the financiers (Fletcher, 2020)
T-shirt Challenge
To advertise the product in the competitive market, the management creates a t-shirt in
which product's name is written on it so that customers are aware of it and can boost the
product's turnover in the market, allowing the management to maximise profits by increasing
product sales. Stitching t-shirts in various styles with quotes and pictures on them helps to attract
a significant portion of the viewer and also influences them to buy the items. It is considered to
be very expensive when compared to other techniques. As it will aid in the development of
management demand in the marketplace. T-shirt challenge tends to force me in improving my
selling skills, which helps to improve marketing abilities also to perform the activity of
promotion. It also aids me in developing my understanding of how a product is introduced in the
market and how customers react to the company's product so that I can prepare my business
methods according to that so that i can improve my sales and revenues in the market and the
reaction of the consumers grows as well towards by goods and product. It also assists me in
improving my knowledge of how a product is introduced to the market and how audience
respond for the new product so that in advance i can prepare to tackle the situation and can
increase customer as well as market base (Irgil, 2020 )
Hotel Challenge
In context to hospitality industry , it is important to make concentrate on development
factors. For example hotel Hilton is most reputated brand as it focus on to give best of their
services as well as facilities to the people who visit their hotel. As good communication by their
staff executives and luxurious facilities provide satisfaction to customers and make clients
comfortable. According to other hotels , Hilton has great turnover. The reason behind is that their

managers and executives boost their sales activities with the help of proving innovating facilities
so that it attract customer which results to gain high profit.
It’s their strength that it has their branches all over the world and on the other less effective mode
of advertising is tends to become their weakness but their market share shows high positive
value in the budget . Hilton also has good brand image which tends to improve their goodwill in
the market which helps to gain competitive advantage (Paal, 2020)
Action plan
There must be a need of various abilities which is important to develop to acheive targets as
these are explain in the below mentioned paras in details.
 Communication skills – In the business, Communication skills are important to
interrelate with each other effectively as I can develop my skills by reading newspaper,
magazines, jounals etc. so that I will feel confident at the time of collaboration. If I want
to continue to become more motivated and confident, I will need to improve my skills in
this area so that I can achieve the objectives efficiently and effectively.
 Creativity skills –Such skills add to the growth of my originality, allowing me to
contribute new ideas to future developments as it contributes to the growth of my
goodwill in the market, as well as helps to improve my artistic abilities, which tends to
contribute to the provision of creativity and innovation in specific area.
 Marketing skill –As it plays a very significant role to create awareness. Marketing skills
helps to provide satisfaction to marketers as well built confidence to them which helps
when they keep in contact to customers and communicate in such a way so that audience
can convince and shown interest in the product of the company which was selling by
their executives. It tends to improve sales level and performance of the business (Healy,
2020)

CONCLUSION
After deep study and analysis it is conclude that, through developing various skills it become
easy to attain the goals which i set in advance for future . It helps in dealing with
challenges .Thus I plan to work on my , communication abilities, marketing skills, creativity so
that it tends to improve my confidence level . which supports me a lot when i perform the job
activity.
