Current case study has given emphasis on presentation, apprentice and T-shirt challenges. I have
faced all these three challenges and information regarding analysis, action plan has been shown

PRESENTATION CHALLENGE (PC)
INTRODUCTION
Presentation refers to speaking on particular topic by providing relevant information
which can help to gain understanding about specific subject matter. The inability to conduct
stated activity by person is referred as PC so it becomes essential to overcome. In current
competitive world, it is essential for student to develop this skill to become successful. This
challenge has been faced by me while presenting in university on Sainsbury which is
multinational UK retail firm. The analysis and action plan for its taken by me is mentioned
below:
ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGE
PC in current competitive business environment is important for attainting uniqueness
from others. Presentation analysis is essential for developing in university to makes students
aware about evaluation of prevailing business environment for knowing changing circumstances
of retail industry in which Sainsbury operates. It has been identified that Sainsbury is performing
quite well but face competition from Tesco and ASDA. With respect to this, challenges face by
company from rivals has been given emphasis (Miraj and Aprilya, 2020). The issue is crucially
giving emphasis on Sainsbury’ operational activities. Recommendation for improving existing
circumstances in international market is provided.
DISCUSSION OF SKILL
In my opinion to conduct any task set of skills are required to perform it effectively.
There are various skills that an individual need to give emphasis on developing while performing
particular activity. The most important attribute for delivering the thought process into subject
matter need by me r is communication skill. This play crucial role in conveying actual data into
specified manner. The challenges has helped me to make evaluation of favorable and
unfavorable elements affecting my performance. In this evaluation I have assessed that
communication skill has supported me to sending correct messages regarding collected data. In
my opinion it has become possible due to my ability of managing timely gathering of relevant
factors impacting company (Kadlac, 2018.). Another tactic that can be considered as my
strength is analytical skill which resource I to find current related information that made my

presentation more professional. In context of weakness that has served as barrier for me are lack
of confidence in handling emotional factors. I was shivering due to inability of overcoming
emotional fear of getting insulted in front of my classmates while conveying data regarding
Sainsbury.
ACTION PLAN
To attain competitive uniqueness it is crucial for me to overcome this lacking areas for
performing better presentation. In addition to this, I can utilize this as my strength for getting
suitable position in future (Xu and et.al., 2020). The course of action taken by me for improving
weaknesses are set of planned practices such as online sessions, participation in competition
related to presentation, etc. I have decided to perform in ach activity conducted by university to
increase my confidence and emotional intelligence in span of my 3 years qualification.
CONCLUSION
From the above analysis it can be concluded that with help of presentation conducted in
university made possible for me to identify my strengths and weakness. In addition to this, I
analyzed importance components for developing set of attributes for making improvements in
order to get better personality traits.

T- SHIRT CHALLENGE
INTRODUCTION
This is concerned with practice of developing t-shirt logo for company in order to make
provision for monetary regarding this same. Current case study comprises analysis of challenges
for getting understandable knowledge. In addition to this, present report will involve discussion
on attributes require along with actions for improvement in personality actions.
ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGE
It is related with formulating logo for brand of Z&V company with decided budget $ 250.
The main part of this challenge is to match with requirements of firm. In order to fulfill this it
becomes essential to identify niche market for inspiring customers to buy products. the particular
activity play role in providing knowledge regarding financial & marketing aspects that need to
be keep in mind (Ballie, More and Clark, 2021). Biggest benefit of this challenge is elated with
ability to evaluate creativeness in s formulating suitable approach for attracting targeted
segments of buyers. From the analysis it has been evaluated that niche market of Z&V is women
which aid to develop applicable strategies for accomplishing desire outcome. T- shirt challenge
resource to achieve financial perspective and skill for coordinating with estimated budgets.
DISCUSSION OF SKILL
It an essential factor as treated as representative of brand requires set of attributes. I have
performed this challenge in effective manner by taking all essential elements into consideration.
According to me it is a group activity in which practices are divided according to persons ability
to accomplish. Moreover. Having collaborative spirit for being an productive participant is
important. From evaluating part I have identified that my some strengths helped me move
towards team goal (Neal Kimball and Turner, 2018.). In addition to this, competencies like
knowledge of excel aid me to conduct an effective precise budgetary structure so that it can be
clearly identified that how much can be utilized in specific part. Working in team requires a
participant need to be effectual in managing its completion of task in specified period which
states that I have time management skill (Schwarze and Wosnitza, 2018). Communicating your
part of responsibilities in best manner for showing my contribution aid me to make T-shirt
challenge effective. The challenge is found to be complex in absence the following activities like
lack of concentration and software knowledge. According to me I need to develop this set of

From the evaluation it can be identified that T-shirts challenges enhances enthusiasms
and motivation of students to participate in corporate activities. In addition to this, it aid me to
understand requirement to become successful in corporate world. Plan of actions for improving
traits has also been mentioned.

APPRENTICE CHALLE NGE
INTRODUCTION
Apprentice challenge is related with enhancing communicating skills and team work.
The current case study will give emphasis on the analysis of challenge, discussion and action
plan taken to carry forward effective role of HR in performance appraisal. Recommendations for
improving lacking part for enhancing effectiveness is shown in current report.
ANALYSIS OF CHALLENGE
The challenge is related with making proper management regarding human resource and
employees’ performance appraisal. It is plays important role in deciding the employees’
motivational level. From the challenge it can be clearly identified that human resource is blood
of organization that need to be managed in effectual pattern in order to obtain sustainability and
productivity. In addition to this, evaluating performance of employees is considered to be one of
the satisfactory factor. This is evaluated from the challenges that having fair, accurate
performance evaluation system gives assistance in developing competitive edge. Human
resource is crucial part of firm that manages the business so having suitable related policies
makes the whole business procedure effective.
DISCUSSION OF SKILL
From the assessment of apprentice challenge I came to know that I possess some skills
which lead me to perform perfectly. In my opinion analytical thinking is one of the sufficient
skill for recruiting, retaining and managing employees. Understanding psychological state mind
for providing satisfying employees with job in turn they can give full potential. I have
developing systematic performance appraisal tactics for giving employee feeling belongingness.
In my opinion another skill that helps to derive employees’ attention towards accomplishment of
business object can be attained by giving clarity regarding roles and responsibility (Riddle,
Balmer and Simpson, 2021). From performing apprentice challenges I got the knowledge that I
have communication skill which resource me to conduct proper monitoring and instructing
function of HR. in addition to this, the lacking skills that need modifications for deriving best
future end outcome. With respect to this, the challenges that has made me to realize for making
improvement in time management for making employees valuable output through providing

appropriate timely instructions. Due to this, I was unable to derive organizational objectives in
specified decided period.
ACTION PLAN
From making an analysis of skills it can be identified that I need to overcome this
shortage of skills for obtaining good career options and more effectiveness in apprentice
challenges. In addition to this, the improvement that needs to do is timely management practices.
In my opinion I can do modification by participating in time management case study,
management based game.
CONCLUSION
It can be summarized from the above report that apprentice challenge helps in gaining
competitive edge. In addition to this, case study has given emphasis on analysis of challenges,
discussion and action plan for improving lacking attributes.
