INTRODUCTION
The electronic portfolio is considered as the collection of exhibition, sample of work
perform by students as well as artifacts that displays student’s learning succession,
accomplishment and proof done by students. The purpose of e-portfolio is assists in
progression and indication (Priambodo, 2017). In addition to this, it involves philosophical
judgment, creativity as well as setting goal for career progression and development. In this
report there is different skill and challenges as well preparation of action plan is mentioned.
CHALLENGES
There are different kinds of challenges which is going to be mentioned below:
Apprentice Challenge: This is the kind of challenge which is related to innovation,
brand as well as making effective marketing plan for organization. It is necessary to work in a
team for generating a working prototype related to invention. In addition to this, it is vital for
member of team to provide effective brand in term of catchy logo. There are various
challenges which are faced by firm such as how to sell their product in order to attract large
number of customer at marketplace. Herein, I have acquired the knowledge related to
innovation, maintaining brand which is necessary for success and growth of business
organization at marketplace.
Presentation challenge: There are various kinds of challenges which are faced by
individual person in delivering their presentation in an effective manner. The first challenges
are related to boost the confidence level of person and maintain them entertained. And other

imposes adverse impact on brand image and reputation of company at marketplace. During
the class lectures, I have learnt how to make effective presentation in order to gain attention
of client. Therefore, this skill help me in maintaining attractive presentation which will helps
me in my career progression and development while I will start my job career.
T-Shirt challenge:
Herein, the challenges related to quality, cost and brand of t-shirt which is confronted by the
manager of particular organization. I have gained the knowledge of how to overcome from
this challenge. It is possible only through providing high quality t-shirt to its customer at
affordable cost. It helps in increasing brand image and reputation of company in front of
presentation in suitable manner (Lukitasari, Handhika and Murtafiah, 2016). Otherwise, it

individual in increasing its ability for performing different task as well as identification of the
behavior of other people on the combined working environment. There are number of
functions which can easily performed by the development of emotional intelligence skill by
an individual. This will guide the individual in the direction of company goal as well as help
in maintaining its emotional balance with task assigned.
Teamwork: it is also important skill for an individual to work within the team. Team
work is the key of success for every organization as well as personal development of
